Have used several times for oral contraceptives, and it’s always been easy and convenient, with quick and helpful responses from a clinician and no problem getting the prescription sent to my pharmacy. I’ve never had technical issues with the app itself either.

app would be better if I could copy the tracking number. you can’t highlight or copy the text. you can’t click on it either to just take you to the tracker. the front page is all ordering meds, I’d rather see my messages and my prescriptions instead of hunting those down through all the links.

I urgently need medication and the only way to communicate about it is through this app??? and it doesn’t even open on my phone??? and you can’t get me in on telehealth??? why would you not have a desktop option for communication?

I received an email that I have a message in the PPDirect app, but the app is giving me an error when I try to open it. It’s really inconvenient that you can’t read messages, communicate with the doctor, etc anywhere other than the app. Please fix this soon
