Reviews for Planned Parenthood Direct℠

This app really is good and has a fast turnaround time and the shipping/timing of my orders is always excellent. However, there seems to be a bug in the app where it shows all the dates on my receipts and NP/PA messages as being the same date. Which is incredibly frustrating and confusing. I always get emails that I have a new message but how am I supposed to know what my new message is? I can never be sure that I read it. Also, there's no way to make the message notifications go away.

It's nice having this at my finger tips, but when I cant change the phone number on the account I made for my partner so I can make an account for myself due to the app and keyboard freezing when I try to change it, its extremely frustrating. I cant make the hour long drive to go to a physical appointment, and I've been dealing with a health issue for a week because of it...

Have used several times for oral contraceptives, and it's always been easy and convenient, with quick and helpful responses from a clinician and no problem getting the prescription sent to my pharmacy. I've never had technical issues with the app itself either.

Pretty easy to get a refill of exactly what I needed. And very cost efficient. The only thing I would say could be improved is my camera kept crashing when trying to take the required photo to be uploaded. I scanned some reviews and read that it was recommended to try using the rear facing camera instead. Worked like a charm. Pills have been shipped and should be here in 3 days. I highly recommend this app if you are in a pinch.

I just dont like this. The app is easy to navigate but I feel a bit misled about the pricing. It said 30 dollars a pack and some states were as low as 20 dollars. It also said the lowest was a pack of 3. I took that to mean 30 dollars for 3 month supply. But no its actually 90 dollars. If that's the case, youd think they'd let you get 1 or 2 packs but no, it must be 3. They also don't accept insurance unless ur in Minnesota, so just use another site. They're much cheaper and take insurance

I adore this app. I've been using it for birthcontrol since I haven't been able to get into the doctors for about 2 ish years. the people are sweet and only ask whats necessary with no judgement. my only issue is the app tells me I have notifications when I've already read them. but beyond that its easy to use, straightforward, and has a lot of information that may not be taught to many people.

Fantastic that the app just doesn't work at all after the update.

app would be better if I could copy the tracking number. you can't highlight or copy the text. you can't click on it either to just take you to the tracker. the front page is all ordering meds, I'd rather see my messages and my prescriptions instead of hunting those down through all the links.

I urgently need medication and the only way to communicate about it is through this app??? and it doesn't even open on my phone??? and you can't get me in on telehealth??? why would you not have a desktop option for communication?
