Identified 4 plants paid for a month and it didn't identify another plant again.

I have tried to identify every house plant I have and it fails every single time. Out of 18 plants not one was identified. I tried to use a picture of a plant on my phone and that does not work either. This was a waste of my money. How do I get my money back?

App doesn't work it keeps crashing and you can't get ahold of anybody for support

Tried multiple plants multiple times, never worked once and you have to pay to even try it. Complete scam!

The app works great! But you only get to identify three plants per day or else upgrade to premium

Took several photos of plants and app failed to identify any. These are common plants, nothing out of the ordinary.

As soon as I upgraded it stopped identifying ANYTHING! Even tried a common houseplant! Tried 9 or 10 common plants and weeds, all failed! Very angry, now how do I stop my subscription?

It cannot identify the most basic plants, dandelion, hosta, wild lettuce. I tested it on plants I already knew and it would search then come back and say it could not identify suggested for me to try again.

I like this app, I took a picture of a tree in my yard, it gave the scientific, common names and so much more interesting facts. Definitely a cool app to download.

Unfortunately this app stops working and has to open again when taking a picture of a second plant. Not sure if it identifies plants accurately, it stopped working repeatedly.

This App is a set-up to steal people's money. The make it work at first trial. But once you make payment it will not work again nor matter your try. It will continue to show try again, try again till thy Kingdom come. I have make payment for a month subscription, since then it can not identify even a plant. Please, my hard earned money should by refunded, please. Google who allowed them to use their platform for this dubious act should, please take notes, and compel them on this issue.
