Description
Been using Plant Identifier & Plant Care for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you take a photo of any plant and it’ll tell you what it is. Pretty solid if you’re into gardening or just curious about the plants around you.
Here’s what you can do – you can snap a pic and the app will identify the plant, give you info on it, and even suggest care tips. There’s also a plant encyclopedia with thousands of species. It’s got a lot of useful features, though it took me a while to figure some of them out.
Look, if you’re into plants and want a digital plant expert in your pocket, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the plant IDs can be a bit hit or miss sometimes – but overall it does a good job and is worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
I've tried a few plant ID apps and this one is pretty solid overall. The plant recognition tech works well most of the time, and I like the detailed care tips it brings. It's a handy tool if you're into gardening or just curious about the flora around you. The only downsides are that the IDs can be off occasionally, and the UI takes some getting used to. But if you're looking for a plant companion app, I'd say MyPlant is worth a download.
