Signed up for the 3 day trial, didn't care for the app and cancelled my subscription before the trial was up and still got charged the $39.99 for the yearly cost. Have emailed the "support email" because that's all there is and no response.
Unless you want to pay a monthly subscription, the title should only be "Plant Identifier" because everything else is locked behind a paywall. It's just another useless AI, "scam people by making them get a monthly subscription that they'll forget about for several month" app. Go to Reddit instead.
didn't like the fact that I had to pay for an app wish it was free so I could help my plants
doesn't help with water frequency, I found a calculator within the app but it didn't work.
free apps but not free for plant care help, still have to pay. might as well go to the nursery where these were bought for assistance or Google it.
You cannot add details/customize your spaces Cannot add plants by name ... and that was enough for me, deleted!
this app is fantastic!!! so easy to use and it's not not been able to identify anything I've shown it yet!! definately 5 stars!!
opened the app and immediately got pestered by multiple attempts to get me to pay premium before it would let me submit a photo. then no matter which photos i uploaded it said "plant not found".
I have only used this app a couple times. I like the information it gave about the diagnosis and treatment for one of my indoor plants.
Does not work. Forces you to pay. Limited free features.
