Signed up for the 3 day trial, didn't care for the app and cancelled my subscription before the trial was up and still got charged the $39.99 for the yearly cost. Have emailed the "support email" because that's all there is and no response.

Unless you want to pay a monthly subscription, the title should only be "Plant Identifier" because everything else is locked behind a paywall. It's just another useless AI, "scam people by making them get a monthly subscription that they'll forget about for several month" app. Go to Reddit instead.

didn't like the fact that I had to pay for an app wish it was free so I could help my plants

doesn't help with water frequency, I found a calculator within the app but it didn't work.

free apps but not free for plant care help, still have to pay. might as well go to the nursery where these were bought for assistance or Google it.

You cannot add details/customize your spaces Cannot add plants by name ... and that was enough for me, deleted!

this app is fantastic!!! so easy to use and it's not not been able to identify anything I've shown it yet!! definately 5 stars!!

opened the app and immediately got pestered by multiple attempts to get me to pay premium before it would let me submit a photo. then no matter which photos i uploaded it said "plant not found".

I have only used this app a couple times. I like the information it gave about the diagnosis and treatment for one of my indoor plants.

Does not work. Forces you to pay. Limited free features.

It says there are 10 free IDs but after the 3rd one all the info is blocked other than the plant name. Would give it 1 star but it did have all the info I wanted before the free IDs got limited to only the plant name.

worked 3 days very well, now I take pictures and it says "no plant detected " over and over and no help options

wanted to see if it would tell me the correct name of the plant and it did . usually I'm told it a chilli plant when it's not,Givin you take the correct type if picture.

didn't do as advertised, a Google lense search is just as good. it wasn't like it was on Instagram where it provides the solution there and then to your plant problems, it produced a complicated list and you had to choose.

if I had more than the one plant too identify id have more of an opinion but for my needs yes this app is helpful.

User friendly, easy to use plant care ap. The identifier is wonderful, and the diagnosing has been spot on. I love the location/space folders, which allows me to move plants and make notations on fertilizer and care. I'm a beginner plant enthusiast, so I'm ready to learn all I can, and this ap is helping!

not only did I find out the name of my plants. now I could save it. excellent information to keep them healthy.

JUST THROW 30 BUCKS IN THE TRASH FOR MENTAL CLARITY. I signed up for the Plant master app that offered 3 day free trial. I signed up, tested the app, dont like it, and went to cancel only to find I have been charged for the full year. Google play won't get involved and have yet to here from the app maker/manager. I want a refund per your advertised 3 day free trial and to cancel all membership/subscription. Many thanks.

Same experience for me. Didn't like the app, it's identifications were wrong. I tried to cancel within free trail couldn't. Went to google and told them to can cel the subscription instead and still find they took my money. Give it back. I do not even have you app anymore. And please read this everyone else. Do not try the free trail.
