Useless! It didn't identify the plants correctly. And a box kept coming up to pay a subscription even before I could even trial the App first to see if it works. Also, there are too many commercials, one in between trying to take each photo. It could be a good App if it was developed better. One star & will be deleting it.
fraud! forces you to sign up for a 'free' account and then charges £5.95 for a TV service even though instructions all say you will not be charged anything, followed by multiple scam calls attempting to get your bank details. AVOID!
It seemed like a wormhole, trying to get me to pay for a membership and then when I scanned the plant, it brought me to some website with an advertisement. deleted it right after trying it.
This app provides three free scans. I used them testing the app out on some of my house plants. Out of the three scans, it correctly identified zero. Presumably, if you pay a subscription, you will get accurate results, but only if you pay a subscription; but, whobis going to do that without first checking if the app is any good? Uninstalled within 10 minutes of installing.
Terrible don't waste your money. This app couldn't identify any my plants.
7.5.25 - It isn't working for me and I think it may be a scam. I can NOT unsubscribe. The Terms and Conditions tell you to go to a link that doesn't exist. I have sent two emails (within the last hour or so). This is my public record stating I decline any purchase and any authorization to charge my credit card for anything whatsoever. If this doesn't get cancelled and resolved, I'll be contacting my credit card company to watch and cancel any and all illegal charges.
Very intrusive ads and requests to pay for subscription. I successfully got a moderately accurate Id for one plant, but no useful comments on how to improve the plant's health. & incorrect ID for 2 more. Then It started saying my free trial is up, and refused to Do anything but show me ads and demand payment.
nah, unhelpful fully for me personally as I could not add pothos, a neon pothos specifically. not could I add a lemon button fern not by photo or search on either one, I have given up for now. I'll try another app if I see one. this might be useful for those whose plants are in the apparently small database, also set to Celsius couldn't find a way to change the temperature to F. maybe that's the reason for the lack of my plants, I'm in the USA maybe these aren't around wherever this app is from
This app doesn't work! Plus, there is no way to cancel the subscription via the settings in the app. It's non-existent. I did a 3 day trial, and it couldn't identify one plant correctly. I have notified the company top cancel, and I'm notifying PayPal not to pay and asking PayPal to investigate this company.
unfortunately this app isn't able to identify any of my plants, the leaves it is suggesting are not even close to the scanned one. I have nerve plants and jeweled orchids, of which the app kept stating were different squash varieties. additionally to do anything you have to watch several ads and continuously being coerced to purchase the full product. if it worked I'd consider the subscription but I'm severely underwhelmed with what was offered.
