I realize this is still in testing, but I can't do one thing with it. Is it not compatible with Android devices? I get an opening screen and that is all. Nothing clickable or swipe-able. And now to top it off, I get 4-5 reminders a day to complete my information from an app that is completely frozen. Total fail. Please provide some assistance. And DO NOT tell me to restart the app or my phone. I've tried it all.

It's pretty decent, watering reminder is saving me. Plant I.D. can be very off. Needs ability to snap a photo, name the plant cuz I know what it is & at minimum be able to schedule watering n other stuff. A notes section so you can look up your own necessary info and type it in. App still can't i.d. my string of Turtles, can't schedule watering if it's not there. 2 diff. Kinds of a plant? If not recognized, let me add in the second or third one with my own photo n notes. Soon! Please.

The plant ID doesn't work the best, it struggled with 2 plants of mine, but those have multiple varieties that look similar so I get the confusion to an extent. This app does other things well however, you can add plants, give them nicknames, update pictures. There's several schedule options so that you can set reminders for water, misting, fertilizing, etc. The app can give you recommendations on care. There's also a troubleshoot option and a contact an expert that I have not utilized yet.

I love the app, I hate that my data keeps getting erased. I pay for the premium account, I absolutely loved it for the first year. Now my plants have been erased twice. With over 62 plants in my house it becomes exhausting having to re setup the app. I've emailed NatureID the pervious time this happened as everything was backed up, I never heard from them. I want to love this app like I did for the first year I had it with everything set up.

The app is very inaccurate. Couldn't recognize my plants, and the few times it did get the plant right, it was very vague. Example: I have 4 different types of squash and although it identified it as a species it did not name there specific type. Also, when attempting to identify problems it gave a very vague answer. It gave the same exact problem with each of the plants. Abiotic seems to be the go to plant problem. Just not accurate enough for me. If it were it would be a great app.

All the want is money. Everything seems to be extra, I didn't get to far beyond downloading then try for help with a plant. I am not a florist. I would only need help for a few plants. But to spend additional money everytime as well as a yearly fee, is not for me. If they made it something like, included in yearly fee 2 or 3 consultations seems like a better offer. Not sure if I am the odd ball out, it may just be me. Sorry, not for me, to each their own.

Seems like a good app...was reasonably correct, but I couldn't get past the trial. I had it installed maybe 10 minutes. I took just a few pictures and got a popup to leave a review two times during that period and a popup to buy it two times during that period. Then it stopped working. The app says there's a free 3 day trial, but after a certain amount of time or a certain amount of pictures it cuts you off for several hours. It's hard to get a good feel for an app after so little time. Super frustrating. There is no way I would pay for this app after that. Also, I will buy an app outright, but I will not pay a monthly or yearly fee just to be able to use something for a little while. No thanks. Uninstalled.

Update: I did receive a quick full refund, since it was less than 48hrs since I subscribed. I was so excited with the presentation of the app, that I skipped the free trial and purchased it at the yearly price of 19.99, which was a reasonable price compared to most apps, and now I see it's only 14.99. I have tried to take pictures of my plants with the app, and keep getting the message that it's too small to identify . No matter how many different angles. It should be much easier.

Very disappointed in this app. I pd the annual subscription bec the only other option was a short trial then 4.99 a month. After paying the fee I used it to identify know plants just to see what it would tell. 2 out of 3 were wrong. Then I check anther plant and it tells me it is not healthy. To find the solution you have to pay to contact an expert. Total waste of money. Would love my money back.

Pretty ticked that there's nothing in the description to say that this is a trial only (you can take only 4 pictures!). Not surprised that there's a subscription, but figured it would be for premium features, while certain basic functionality would still be available for free. On top of all that you can pay $4.99 a week (yes, that's right... per week!) or $14.99/year. Or you can do a 3 day (yes, 3 DAY!) trial, after which the annual price goes to $19.99. What?! Absurd!

Overall the experience is good the amount of pictures is different. However, I noticed that it does give you an amount of time to wait to gain an extra picture for more plants to be identified it could be useful in someways and hard in others so it's a give and take situation. Overall it's something I can work with and work around. I have noticed that one of my plants has been hard for the app to identify. But it also isn't doing too good either and was hoping the app would've been able to help

Minus 1000 *!! WORST APP EVER!! updated, & tried everything, including using the menu in the app description where you're supposed to be able to select the part of the app you want to go to, that however didn't work either! Not one single thing will EVER come up except the advertising page that says their name & their supposed # of users, which is obviously a blatant lie, cause no one would keep this since it doesn't DO anything. PERIOD! I would not take a chance with this, it might be spyware!

I was skeptical about using an app for plant identification, but Plantum has won me over. the process is quick and painless just take a photo and voila! the app gives you a detailed breakdown of your plant, including its needs and potential problems. the care reminders have been particularly helpful. I've forgotten to water my plants way too many times before, but now I never miss a beat. one thing I'd love to see added is more information on common pests and diseases.

Several errors, but my biggest complaint- lots of my plants aren't even included in their encyclopedia, and some of the classification is very confusing. For example, a plant that's not uncommon might be listed under an unusual name. All in all, it would be easy to use, if it was better organized with more plants, and edited for errors.

Why did it suddenly delete my journals? I kept entries for all my 15 plants, with pictures and notes. One day my plants were gone, I logged out and in, and my plants were back but the journals were never recovered. Very sad as this is one of the only two features of this app that are keepers. The health check and that are no good. I just use it for the reminders and the journals. I'm one more "surprise" away from deleting.

I downloaded this app to check it out. Of course there is a subscription like I expected. Weekly plan is 4.99. Yearly is 14.99 then they have option for a free trial. So if you opt in for the free trial the yearly price then turns into 19.99. So its not really free. Your paying for a week extra but getting 3 days. Uninstalling because clearly they are trying to rip you off.

It is a fairly accurate plant identifier. The adds greatly oversell the plant diagnosis. It gave generic advise for distressed plants requiring additional payment for a specific diagnosis from an expert. The basic plant data is nice and the format of the app is good. I was not counting on the regular subscription fee, and for this price, I would expect a more useful diagnostic, in line with the ads I saw. Watch out for the free trial rolling quickly into automatic subscription charges

I initially downloaded this app hoping to find a reliable way to identify plants, but unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with the results. The plant identification feature was inaccurate for me, often failing to correctly identify plants even when I provided a clear photo. I found myself having to look for other options, and using Google Gemini with multiple photos and more context was far more reliable. The app has a nice interface, but for plant identification, this is not it.

Great app to identify my plants and keep me on schedule for their care. Easy to use. The only con is that it will lose all the data occasionally (twice so far) so I have to reload my data. Update:This is the third time all of my data has been dropped and I have lost my good nature at this point. I paid for a year but am very disappointed that in coming to leave this review there is a note in red that this is no longer compatible with my device. ???!!!

Subscription based headache. I downloaded this app based on its lifetime subscription version on iOS. Apparently they felt only Android people were foolish enough to pay endlessly for it. While functionally it could be the best app of its kind, I'd rather go without rather than go with that kind of thing often bordering dangerously upon scam. Uninstalled almost immediately.
