it has been few months the app is not working at all

No flexibility whatsoever: they refused to cancel the ticket to a frequent customer who got sick with COVID.

I hope I never have to use your app again. I bought a ticket, no one answered me anywhere. The payment arrived correctly on my part, but on their part the bank did not let it through. I had to write to them again myself. the person will not answer you. They won’t answer you either from WhatsApp or from mail; AI will answer from the application. I will not recommend this service to anyone, to anyone, ever. All tickets are sold out and I still haven't received mine... thanks.

This app feels like a scam. And if any of the developers see this I have already sent you an email. I'll probably still get a response telling me to send an email. I'm planning a trip to Dubai and wanted to see a concert while I was there. I tried to purchase tickets using several different cards and usernames on the website and mobile app. I contacted customer service and it was horrible. They do not understand English very well and do not know how to fix simple issues regarding buying tickets.

Blur screen coming after the latest update.

Worst application ever. I booked tickets for the travis scott concert in one section, then suddenly 24 hours before the concert they change my seat to a cheaper and far section without even notifying me by email or in the app. I contact customer service but no one answered as well. Overall it's a very bad app with very bad organizational.

Horrible customer service. The agent could not analyse the case properly, had irrelevant questions despite them being specified early on and screenshots being shared. spent about 20mins n no solution. Rather than them transferring the case, the agent wanted me to spend another 20mins writing an email! What a pain n waste of time. Other platforms in the region are way better with customer service.

Wow, what can I say. Before I traveled to Dubai, I trying to book tickets with other renowned sites but with hassles. I managed to not only complete all my bookings hassle free but also saved +-R5000. My tickets were immediately emailed to me. One of the tickets had the incorrect date . Without even querying it, a consultant by the name of Shiv emailed me to rectify the error. I never experienced any issues abroad. Thank u platinum list

I'm guessing the app is great for the areas that it serves, but until they are more global they should really list the cities/areas they serve in the app description. I checked before downloading, but because they don't mention the limitations I still ended up wasting my time installing the app only to discover that in the United States the only location available is "Texas" - which, even if I lived in that state, is HUGE (literally bigger than the entirety of Europe and like 80% of countries)

Application is restarting again and again and I am at the door of the concert

this is the worst platform ever, they for e you to download the application even if you don't have any need, also they don't respect your privacy and their emails are annoying

Your latest update has a memory leak, causing the app to crash.

The Application is not opening and keep exit repeatedly. i cannot get my tickets for the upcoming concert because of that

Platinum Ticket is a SCAM! I paid extra for a Platinum Ticket thinking I’d get a hassle-free refund. Instead, they’re demanding a medical report to process my refund. Seriously? It's not a school. I’ve got a valid reason, and now they’re acting like I’m trying to scam them. This is beyond shady. I paid more for peace of mind, and all I’m getting is a runaround. Platinum Ticket is stealing from people, plain and simple

Best app to book tickets. The booking process was so smooth, so fast. I am so so so happy that I got tickets to sephoria. plus their customer service is so so good. Mayar assisted me so well and answered my all questions to calmly. I am really happy, falling short of words...

It was a great app and worked brilliantly until the latest update, now I can't see anything on the screen, everything is blurred/looks like it's being viewed under water. Concerned I won't be able to view tickets for upcoming events I have booked.

Be careful of the scam. When you select the tickets, they show you a different row & and seat, and just before paying, they change it to a different row & seat. especially when you are booking for a group. Overall, it is not so easy to book the tickets.

This app has an absurd calculation for deductions if you need to sell your tickets on the App due to unfortunate situations where you need to sell. You also pay VAT again on the whole amount while selling tickets, which i dont understand. But thats not why im rating it 1 star. Its because of the pathetic experience im having trying to withdraw my funds on the App. Edit: the customer service is even lousier than the App.
