Do not use this app! It is designed to waste your time and make you think that you're going to have many opportunities to cash out when in reality you will play the games and when it's time to cash out, IT WON'T WORK. I waited weeks to build up enough coins to be able to cash out and when I finally wanted to the app refused to let it happen. Not only that but I had 1100 coins missing from a milestone that I had completed. This was a total waste of effort.

In the beginning the app was okay. Paid out pretty quickly the first few times. Now it doesn't want to pay out after I spend countless days and hours to reach my goal they don't want to payout. Saying that they need to check and see if my activities are legit. I have been waiting for two weeks for my payment. and they keep giving me this bogus excuse that my account is being investigated for suspicious activity. it shouldn't take that long to investigate. I give them a zero.

At first app was fine had no issues. but I started using it again after not using it for a few months and once I could request payouts I did and nothing was processed. The next day my app was blank no games or anything. I reached out and got a response that there was an investigation going on. I have not heard back and have not received payouts. Update (09-08) I have reached out to support several times. still under "review" the response is always the same script. It's been almost 2 months

I played one of their games and noticed that after a certain level it stopped registering that I had reached the level and stopped awarding me. I contacted support to be told to basically play another game because there was an issue in my account and I couldn't be rewarded even though I showed proof of the level I was on. Coincidentally it stopped right before I can reach an amount that I can withdraw. This app is a SCAM.

Absolutely Horrible! They claimed my account was fraudulent because I made purchases in a game to make use of their promotions and tried to cash out without "completing the necessary gameplay requirements". Total scam. I shouldn't have been allowed to make a cash out until the gameplay requirements were met then. **Edit for developer: I tried to chat with support multiple times and they just shut me down. I did nothing wrong, my account shouldn't be locked.

(edit)Started out great and paid. I was like alright, an app that delivers! Then Ultimately what everyone has been saying happened, I spent money for rewards and the payout never came. I waited 2 days, and submitted a ticket. The 1st response was we need your player ID which I had already provided. But I sent it again. I waited for over 3 days, only to get a message saying, "we've not heard from you and we're closing the case" Do not trust this app!

I made my first payout of $10 but after I finished level 250 in match to win my account got deleted I guess I'm not able to redeem my coins for the game played. So I decided to change my review. I did nothing to get flagged, I wrote into customer service inquiring about a pay put and I was unable to play the game again, both games I was playing had been deleted from my playful rewards app.

This is fake you play for 2 month consistently to reach the milestone and then they do not give the payout. I reached out to them to get my payout and they respond your gameplay is under review by our gaming partners to ensure that you legitimately engaged and completed levels. Don't waste your valuable time and money you will not see a payout after consistently playing to reach the milestone.

I've seen a lot of people say the same thing, but I wanted to give it a shot. it was going well until I decided to redeem the points I saved. I never got the email about redeeming points, the app stopped working and my points are zero. i reached out to customer service who said my account was flagged for fraud. I've heard other users with the same story and I can only think they have no intention of following through with the payout. I'll delete if this is resolved but I'm pessimistic.

Mly experience has been terrible. I downloaded the app to make a few bucks. I put a ton of time into playing the games and reaching milestones. I was able to redeem my first $10 made but when I was able to redeem my $20 reward, they flagged me and put my gametime under review. that was fine to me, however they never cleared me or gave me any explanation. Still nothing and now it's been over a month. Scam!

If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. In order to meet milestones, it says you should make in app purchases. Well, I made them and played each level one by one, and when I got close to finishing a game to get the $500 payout, they flagged my account saying my playtime looked fraudulent. A week later,I reached out and was told that they would kee my account marked as fraudulent and would not reverse it. The tracker keeps up with playtime, and purchases made. Don't waste your time and money.

Love playing the games. but I have to give it a 1 star .due to it takes way to long to reach the cash out amounts.it makes you think. is this game worth playing and putting all your time and effort into the games.when it takes way way way too long to reach the cash out amounts.to be honest it's not worth it.now if the game was fixed were it doesn't take forever to reach the cash out amounts and it only takes a hour on each game you play to reach the cash out amounts. then I will change my star.

I have an open support ticket but after playing the same handful of games for over a month i suddenly got "flagged" right before the $100 payout would have hit cashable. no suspicious behavior. i stayed logged into the app, followed all the terms and conditions to the letter. this is absolutely a scam. they don't resolve anything and they just lock your account after 40 days of playing. don't fall for it. I'll change my review when they resolve this so i can take my cash out properly.

Edit: By far I've gotten three excuses as to why I can't get my rewards paid out. 1)My account has suspicious activity 2) My account was locked due to my gameplay violating a policy 3) I requested my account be deleted ( I didn't) I've contacted them through email and via the app ( I got to the support chat screen). They say my account is marked for deletion which means I'm not going to be able to get my $330 payout. At this point I would not recommend this app to anyone.

UPDATE: I reached out again and did not receive any response. (1 week) I have reached out to support several times and have received the same canned response over and over again without any true discussion. My account was flagged with fraudulent activity from their automated system. I have explained that it was in error and shown proof of my playtime, and I am still not receiving any other response. I will probably get the same canned response once I post this rating. Terrible customer service.

This app started off good for me but now it's a complete pain. I redeemed rewards and have gotten them but this time I completed a game within the time frame it says to do it and I've redeemed rewards, one for $200 and one for $10 and not only have I not received it yet, I tried contacting support about it and I get a ridiculous message saying my account doesn't align with the terms and my account is now locked and can't be reversed which makes me think they just don't want to pay up. what BS!

Did exactly what I feared, I entered an event for Disney Solitairre for $200 Amazon gift card. After spending $100 in game and nearly completing the achievements, mysteriously the event doesn't exist anymore, even though there were days left. I am disappointed in myself to get duped that badly. The Disney game itself was fun, but I would never put that much into it, if I didn't think I was going to get $200

Everything seemed to be going well, I was downloading games and earning points with relative ease trying to earn some extra cash for a vacation. I got enough points to cash out $200 for PayPal and put the request in. Gave my email as needed and was waiting to get my reward. The next day I checked the app and my remaining points balance was set to 0 and all of the game offers and my activity history disappeared. All except the history for my reward redemption. Contacted support, nothing.

The app was working fine for me at first. The games were ok. I was earning points with minimal issues. Once I claimed my first reward the whole interface changed. I couldn't keep earning on the games I had installed. The points were poorly calculated and most were missing. I'm still waiting to receive the reward. update: still no rewards and no response to my emails for missing points

I'll update this review if my issue is resolved. There was a reward of $10 in their points if you spent $5 in a game downloaded through them. I spent $5, and earned enough points with that included to redeem a gift card. The app then stopped showing any games, including the one I downloaded, in the app. Contacted customer support and they said my account was flagged for fraudulent activity, though I haven't, and they'd get back to me when it was confirmed or denied. Nothing yet.
