Do not use this app! It is designed to waste your time and make you think that you're going to have many opportunities to cash out when in reality you will play the games and when it's time to cash out, IT WON'T WORK. I waited weeks to build up enough coins to be able to cash out and when I finally wanted to the app refused to let it happen. Not only that but I had 1100 coins missing from a milestone that I had completed. This was a total waste of effort.

In the beginning the app was okay. Paid out pretty quickly the first few times. Now it doesn't want to pay out after I spend countless days and hours to reach my goal they don't want to payout. Saying that they need to check and see if my activities are legit. I have been waiting for two weeks for my payment. and they keep giving me this bogus excuse that my account is being investigated for suspicious activity. it shouldn't take that long to investigate. I give them a zero.

At first app was fine had no issues. but I started using it again after not using it for a few months and once I could request payouts I did and nothing was processed. The next day my app was blank no games or anything. I reached out and got a response that there was an investigation going on. I have not heard back and have not received payouts. Update (09-08) I have reached out to support several times. still under "review" the response is always the same script. It's been almost 2 months

I played one of their games and noticed that after a certain level it stopped registering that I had reached the level and stopped awarding me. I contacted support to be told to basically play another game because there was an issue in my account and I couldn't be rewarded even though I showed proof of the level I was on. Coincidentally it stopped right before I can reach an amount that I can withdraw. This app is a SCAM.

Absolutely Horrible! They claimed my account was fraudulent because I made purchases in a game to make use of their promotions and tried to cash out without "completing the necessary gameplay requirements". Total scam. I shouldn't have been allowed to make a cash out until the gameplay requirements were met then. **Edit for developer: I tried to chat with support multiple times and they just shut me down. I did nothing wrong, my account shouldn't be locked.

(edit)Started out great and paid. I was like alright, an app that delivers! Then Ultimately what everyone has been saying happened, I spent money for rewards and the payout never came. I waited 2 days, and submitted a ticket. The 1st response was we need your player ID which I had already provided. But I sent it again. I waited for over 3 days, only to get a message saying, "we've not heard from you and we're closing the case" Do not trust this app!

I made my first payout of $10 but after I finished level 250 in match to win my account got deleted I guess I'm not able to redeem my coins for the game played. So I decided to change my review. I did nothing to get flagged, I wrote into customer service inquiring about a pay put and I was unable to play the game again, both games I was playing had been deleted from my playful rewards app.

This is fake you play for 2 month consistently to reach the milestone and then they do not give the payout. I reached out to them to get my payout and they respond your gameplay is under review by our gaming partners to ensure that you legitimately engaged and completed levels. Don't waste your valuable time and money you will not see a payout after consistently playing to reach the milestone.

I've seen a lot of people say the same thing, but I wanted to give it a shot. it was going well until I decided to redeem the points I saved. I never got the email about redeeming points, the app stopped working and my points are zero. i reached out to customer service who said my account was flagged for fraud. I've heard other users with the same story and I can only think they have no intention of following through with the payout. I'll delete if this is resolved but I'm pessimistic.

Mly experience has been terrible. I downloaded the app to make a few bucks. I put a ton of time into playing the games and reaching milestones. I was able to redeem my first $10 made but when I was able to redeem my $20 reward, they flagged me and put my gametime under review. that was fine to me, however they never cleared me or gave me any explanation. Still nothing and now it's been over a month. Scam!
