Terrible!!! I've had to make several profiles and none seem to be accessable any more. I got a lot of overseas profiles yet my distance was set to my surrounding areas. No one is available as far as customer service goes. Update: Decided to try it one more time and still no good. Made about 10 profiles, all have been deleted and customer service is a bunch of pre-written emails that want you to keep trying to make profiles instead of fixing this broken app.

My messages are not being sent after hitting the send arrow. Also, I'm no longer receiving notification anymore. Looks like my account is suspended without letting me know what I did wrong to warrant that. And, I newly signed up on the site, i have only one message that I sent to someone which I did not get a response from them. The app needs an improvement from my point of view. It was great before

I really like the app but the limit of amount of messages I can send is annoying the upgrades are too expensive and the people are really nice. I suggest letting new members get a free month of the full experience of the full app. I think it would persuade consumer's to be more willing to want to spend the original money. Just a thought but college kids and the average American cant comfortably afford it unless your prices dropped of course, but on the other hand your site is totally worth it !

Quite often there is internet connection but the app just won't open. The prospective people are the same for years and years. There are more guys looking for hookups than relationship but claiming on their profile that they are looking for relationship. When searching, even if I already put down the exact location and within certain distance, but the results akways show more people that are way too far out of the radius I set. Overall, it is more like a hookup apps , not for relationship.

This used to be an awesome app but now it's completely infested with Bots. Nothing but a waste of time now and it's frustrating because there's an easy solution. Force Email registration and verification and/or Facebook connection and/or phone number verification. If you do Facebook make it so that only accounts that have been active for over a year or more can be accepted, same goes for the Email and if by phone send a text with a password they have to type. Then when you report an account it actually means something. Make it so that if you get reported so many times the user has to write a short description or refute the report, if they fail to do so then you permanently ban the account and black list the associated phone number, email or Facebook account. It also has the added benefit of keeping scum bags in check. Hell, create a spreadsheet and share it with the other apps. A ban from one is a ban from all.

The app is fairly straightforward and unobtrusive. I was swarmed by bots the first day I signed up, and they haven't gone away yet entirely, that's its biggest issue. Otherwise it's the same story as before: lots of profiles, very few messages, and "Please buy our premium subscription". Just another dating app, not much else to say.

The app and site are fine, easy to use, you can add as much or as little detail as you want to your profile, and I like that I can be proactive by messaging first. But there is no verification process so most of the profiles I've come across are either bots, scammers, prostitutes, and cam girls. If the POF staff implemented a way to make sure whoever is making the profile is who they claim to be I think it would improve the selection a lot.

I hate, and when i say hate, i mean hate this app. It has zero common features that most apps have, and this is with a paid membership of 30.00 USD! And they have the nerve to want to upsell you boost! You cannot change your range to search at all! You cant change the type of person you want to search for, there is litterally no customization for who you want to look for, its all random profiles. Dont even get me started on the fake profiles, and trying to cancel your subscription.

I liked how much detail you could filter it to your liking. But the first and second time i created an account, it was deleted within minutes. No way to contact customer support. Never received a link to reset my password and I tried multiple times. I looked online and it happened to a lot of people. if they could fix that I would use it, but as of right now never again.

Really just a more advanced version of Tinder, and literally a repository of prostitutes and scammers. There are real people on here as well, but the stars have to align in order for them to appear. I've been contemplating giving this app a 2 or maybe 3 for a while, but the volume of scammers and hookers warrants a 1. I'm considering just deleting my account and being done with it, but I bought a subscription because they had a promotional when I joined. A complete waste of money.
