my first review in 2016: just perfect! my last review in 2025: total garbage that now is full of ads! run away from developers that are incompetent enough to make people satisfied with their inventions. VERY UNHAPPY after 10 years advocating for them. go to hell!
They killed it with banner ads that display ontop of every chat now. Come on now you were supposed to be better than that. I guess they sold out too.
Been a good app for using the Telegram API but they now have put a thick stripe at the top of the dm chats with ads and to pay to remove them. So i will be uninstalling.
I've been using this app for many many years. The latest update added Ad's. I could not uninstall this fast enough....thanks for ruining a perfectly good app.
The developer recently added banner ads in the app which does not exist in the main version of Telegram. It's intrusive and you're better off staying away from this app.
added ads with no warning, as well as cookies without consent or prior warning/notification either. used to love the app, unlikely I'll continue using it in the future.
Injecting ads into every chat page no matter if you have Telegram Premium or not and charging money to remove them just killed any faith I had in this app. I like the customization but it's not worth it if I have to pay to get these ugly ads off my screen.
Love all the adjustments you can make. Dislike how often it crashes, videos fail to send part way through.
I'm using nothing cmf phone 1 . So if I minimise the app the downloading stops..And if the app kept open then only the downloading continues ...I have try many ways but its not working ...This same issue is occurred to my friend , he is also using the same phone...PLEASE FIND A SOLUTION
This is a good app in general and all but if you have an issue with your account then you're on your own. They make you be able to buy subscription and all but they have no one to reply to email you write to them or with the bots that supposedly are there to help you fix your account. For real, if this app make you pay money they should prioritize customer service first
