Very easy to use. All I needed to get was refills on thyroid meds and asthma. A regular doctor visit would be at least an hour and risk of catching something while there. This took 10 minutes or less. Only downside was app closed once but not during call. Maybe one time occurrence.Make sure once you go to payment options and leave, it will charge you.

The Plushcare doctors are great but the app and care coordinators leave a lot to be desired. The app is very buggy. Making an appointment is much easier on desktop. But you have to use the app for messaging. The messaging app does not allow for uploading pdfs...at least on Android it doesn't! Then when you send the care coordinators a shared pdf file from your personal Google Drive, they ask you to send a pdf file! The staff barely reads your messages and aren't tech savvy.

worst app ever! BIG $$$ SPENDER!! if you want to spend over 300 dollars from just one video call by all means.. but when I got done with my session they wanted to pay 250 WITH INSURANCE and then later today I got a message saying that I owe even more money for that one session. not worth the time. Just go see a real doctor so you don't pay so much. I'm in the process of fighting this bill because they told me that they don't do refunds of tele visits because of "policy". BE CAREFUL!

The experience is Ok, but not great. The app is decent, and my doctor is pleasant. I fully realize that there are limits on what an online doctor can do, but their advertising leads you to believe you can talk to a specialist, but there is no way to do that in the app. Messages "to the doctor" are answered by a "medical team", and response time is slow...up to 48 hours. If you need a refill or a question, you have to make another appointment. Proper billing statements are hard to get.

They can do a max of 3 days note, per policy. I asked them to extend the doctor's note they wrote via message, and never got a response. Instead, I had to pay another $99 for an appointment, from which I STILL haven't received a doctor's note!!! Also, terrible way to download your note. It's hidden, and requires a lot of effort to find.

Literally a scam. I've tried for 2 days to cancel my subscription and it doesn't work on their website and you can't do it through the app. They also have hidden added charges like ORDERING labs... This is all after having issues with my insurance because they keep trying to bill the insurance in California (where I am not). Look somewhere else, I'm out hundreds of dollars

Stay away from this company all together. They were having technical issues, took my money, without rendering services. Now they're telling me it will be up to 10 days before they will pay me back, despite the issues being on their end. When I asked for a confirmation number for the refund I was immediately disconnected. Total scam.

This app has been a lifesaver twice for me! The doctors are great & service is readily available. Didn't have to wait long at all for an appointment. Only 1 issue I ran into on both calls: difficulty connecting from an Android phone. For some reason, it never wants to connect me without multiple trys. Otherwise, I'm very pleased

I am unable to login and book appointment, or cancel my membership. Never been more frustrated an app. After making payment, the login would stop working, but monthly payment would continue. Feel free to install if you would like to pay monthly fee for rest of your life without getting any service at all. I would give zero stars to this company if there were such a thing.

Doctor and process was very well and thought out but I only have one problem with the app. I got a phone call midway through and it cut both of our audio out. My doctor told me that happens and frequently a problem with the app. I am technically fluent and fixed the problem but I could not imagine if I, or anyone else didn't know how to fix it. I think this can be fixed and mitigated in the future so I gave 4 stars.
