I wish you offered more coins for the price or have an option to purchase the whole series without having to do multiple purchases to get through a season. By this point, I've paid so much money into the app that I could pay my Netflix payment for 6+ months straight. I get it, but the option to buy a season or full series at a time would be better for your committed customers.

My advice is don't get the app. It's a big trap. I started a story, the first few episdoes were free. Then you have to watch ads to collect coins or purchase coins. Fair! As you listen the coins per episode goes up astronomically. To finish the the story I will need more than 9000 coins or somewhere about $500 for ONE story and it may or may not have an ending. In addition to the ads for coins there are in story ads too. The story is good, but I have to abandon. I wish I never started

I'm having another issue with getting free coins from playing the games. I'm not receiving any coins from them, I'm only receiving them when I open the app. It's starting to get a little frustrating. Plus, the stories that I removed from my list keep coming up smh... I understand fixing some bugs for the update, but this problem, it's like it was better before the update happened.

Navigating this app can be very difficult. When returning to listen to new episodes I often have to search around for them instead of the book picking up where I left off. Also, random books that I have no interest in listening to randomly play and get added to my library. Honestly, I would stop using this app if not for one book being exclusive to pocket fm and can't be found anywhere else.

I really enjoy the storyline. Bella & Ebony are great. Can't wait until the prince reconnects with Ebony. by the time you finish the story, you would have spent a hundred and something dollars for this eventful story. I wish the app would've had the customers in mind and have a set price for the whole audiobook story. At this point, I think i'm done. I could just buy an audio book off of audiobook or kindle. If they change this feature, they'll definitely have me as a permanent customer.

Too Overpriced! avoid getting sucket into it! I got pulled in by a werewolf story ad, and it's good, but to keep enjoying the chapters, the pace of allowed chapters for free or low price is reasonable at first. but very quickly, one has buy the chapters become 10-20 coins. I made a purchase a few times, but it just doesn't make sense that one never would cost so much to enjoy. otherwise, I have to wait 24hrs to get 3 free chapter a day, and they are really short.

I got hooked on a story on FB. I really am enjoying the story and the voice. Periodically the voice does a William Shatner where it expected the sentence to end but no one put on a period so the line is a little awkward. The closed captioning is also inconsistent which can make some meanings tricksy. What I dislike the most is that you have no idea how expensive this app is. The first day listen as much as you want! Then it is restricted to x number per day for 3 days.

This app is pretty lacking in a lot of ways. It has many quirks that need to be worked out. Using it with Android Auto or CarPlay is more painful. The change to a 1 star is it intermittently works. Currently I can't even get the app to open. It has difficulty tracking what episode you're on, especially when using it in your car. The AI generated artwork isn't accurate with the stories. Also, a lot of the audio sounds AI. It has to work for 2 plus star though.

I absolutely love this app but I can't find the monthly subscription option anymore, just coin packs. They added a 'Blockbuster' thing that I can't get rid of. Some people might like it but maybe add a setting to be able to turn it off.? Also, every time I've bought the monthly subscription before it vanished I would start getting ads again 3-5 days before it was due again. It didn't really bother me but I want to continue getting the subscription.

I do like the selection of books, and the app is easy to navigate. I've listened to many different genres for a few years now. I like most of the stories. Earlier this year when Pocket FM updated the platform I lost many of the books I was listening to, which was disappointing, and after looking for them I only found some. One other thing, in my opinion the subscription cost is too high for a monthly price and I wish they would offer more coins for the deals they offer.
