I’ve been using Pocket Prep EMS 2025 for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you practice for a bunch of different EMS certification exams – things like the NREMT EMT, Paramedic, Firefighter I & II, and more. Pretty solid if you’re studying for any of those tests.
Here’s what you do: you can access thousands of practice questions and full-length mock exams to reinforce key concepts. There’s also flashcards and other study tools, which is pretty cool. And the app keeps track of your progress so you can see how you’re improving over time – took me a while to figure that part out but it’s super useful.
Look, if you’re studying for any of those EMS exams, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out, especially since it’s free to download.

So here's my honest take on Pocket Prep EMS 2025. I've tested a bunch of exam prep apps and this one's actually pretty solid. The sheer number of practice questions is impressive, and the different exam categories cover a ton of ground. I like that it's got more than just multiple-choice - there are case studies, scenarios, and other question types to keep things interesting. The progress tracking is also super helpful to see where you're at. On the downside, the UI does feel a bit dated and there are ads that can get annoying. But overall, if you need to study for an EMS exam, this is one of the better apps out there.

Great prep for the NREMT. It got me used to the way the test questions were asked. I passed the first time! I would definitely recommend it!
Such a great program to help study and review everything you learn in class. Compared to the actual NREMT exam, the app has questions that are much easier to understand...
