Passed on the first try Basic NREMT! Seeing them update and adjust the questions for the new 2025 edition of the exam made me feel so confident that I was learning what I needed. Thank you so much!!!

There are an uneasy amount of questions that are ill-informed or are correct by the slightest technicality, yet do not have any basis in current practices. You can flag a question, but it does not allow you to comment or dispute the explanation behind the answers. The AI of the program is simply that, AI, and the nuisance and wisdom of seasoned practitioners is blatantly obvious with the explanations.

solid app for passing the new 2025 nremt exam! helped me pass first try! while it doesn't have questions in the exact same "format", I personally did not see many that were very far off during my nremt exam. overall this app helped a lot, from showing me weaker areas to showing me examples of how the questions would be asked.

Such a great program to help study and review everything you learn in class. Compared to the actual NREMT exam, the app has questions that are much easier to understand so it was kind of a shock to take the actual test, but I definitely wouldn't have passed the first time without the app and my teachers

Better than I anticipated. Simple to use. Great breakdown of each question. 1300 questions. I really like the quick 10 quiz, missed ? quiz & weak subject quiz. Fun way to learn. I appreciate the daily reminder to study. This program has given me the confidence to pass the NREMT. Worth it.

Great prep for the NREMT. It got me used to the way the test questions were asked. I passed the first time! I would definitely recommend it!

Just passed my exam today, and this app helped tremendously. You have to obviously pair it with your regular study patterns, but even on its own, it's amazing.

I got this test to help me pass the EMT-B cognitive exam. After 40 days I took the test and passed. I had completed 700 of their 1000 questions. The questions are different from the National Registry but close enough to still be very helpful. Edit 6-18-25: after 15 days and only 200 questions I successfully passed my NRAEMT exam. The questions are still a bit different though not the same as the last time I used the app, they are still very helpful.

this app is probably the only reason I passed my state emt exam. it doesnt really help with the fisdaps as a part of class but it was super helpful for my state :)))))

This app is the best one out there. it helped me pass the exam the first time. I'll be keeping it when I need to re-register. if a friend has it, they can give you 20% off. I want more apps like this!

I used this tool at the recommendation of several other EMTs. The results were astounding, between the class I took at Alabama Fire College and this tool, I passed the NREMT on the first attempt on 16 August 2025. I strongly recommend this tool for anyone working to pass the NREMT.

This app is the best study prep app I tried for the NREMT, but it's style is one that I wish other apps for prepping for other tests modelled. It feels gamified enough to be engaging, but not so much that it isn't applicable to the real test. I'd give it six stars if I could.

Go through your book first, and then use this app! Out of everything I tried to prepare for the NREMT, this was the only resource I can confidently say truly helped me get ready, from knowledge, to structure, to scenarios! Thank you for making this app 🙏🩵 buy the subscription for 3 months, use it, take the practice and pass first try!!

Not disappointed! I stuck with the 10 question quick quiz's. Did them casually, throughout the day, as time would allow. For a period of several weeks after completing my online EMT course. Sat for my online NREMT test. The testing system abruptly cut me off 70 questions into the exam. I thought the worst. An hour and a half later I was holding my cert!

This app has zero technical support. Every feature crashed except "build your own quiz". I reached out for support and would get one email reply per day resulting in weeks of very basic back and forth for them to ultimately say they have no idea what the problem is and I'm pretty sure they insinuated they felt I was lying when they responded with "well, no one else is reporting an issue of this sort". I will avoid any and all products with their involvement going forward.

I tried twice to login and it wouldn't let me. Eventually 3rd time was the charm and I was able to sign on online, but it insisted that I purchase a new subscription - I'd already for a year subscription 2 months ago and couldn't access anything. I opted to delete the account. Then I got a message saying I had the 1yr and asked me what I want to do! Guess what, can't access the app or on my laptop. Need help with this - a fix for once and all.

The questions I found to be very similar style to the actual NREMT and had helped me tons! You definitely gotta stay on yourself to keep a solid regime to study and this app helped me PASS!! I just waited a month before my exam to buy it for short while but I highly recommend this one. ~~~~ Only complain would be some questions and answers are worded oddly and can throw you off unnecessarily. Would be nice to be able to report or mark some of these questions to be reviewed.

Constantly freezing. I've never paid this much for an app that had so many issues with freezing. Some days it's once every 50 questions, other days it's every 5. Very frustrating. Myself and other class mates have the same problem. I will not be renewing my month subscription due to this. Otherwise, the questions have been pretty good overall and I like that you know instantly if it's right or not, with an explanation.

love this tool! used it to study for paramedic registry. Still use it to keep my knowledge fresh. Only two complaints. First, that it doesn't show any ekg strips. Registry show you a strip and require you to identify and treat. I honestly think that's one of the few weaknesses in this app. My second complaint is that you cannot select a particular area (cardiology, OB, Pedes) to take practice test in... you can select your weakest area, but no other areas. Overall, I highly recommend.

Passed registry first attempt! I paid for the premium version for a month and went through all 500 questions. Then I went back through the ones I got wrong. They give detailed explanations of why an answer is wrong or right, read them because those were the most essential part for actually learning the material. Absolutely worth the $15 imo, and I never pay for apps lol. Good luck hope you pass!
