Best kids app we've ever used. Perfect for my three year old. Well worth the subscription.
Reviews for Pok Pok | Montessori Preschool
← Back to Pok Pok | Montessori PreschoolApp stopped working. I tried to reach them via email. It's been 3 months and no one has reached out to me. They charged me an entire year for an app that does not work and customer service that does not service the customer.
I feel like yall could have said you had to PAY for it in the beginning of the download, no I had to make and set up everything THEN I get hit with a payment. yeah, no thanks. this shyt needs to stop with apps. it's called FALSE ADVERTISING and that's illegal. wasted my time. I want payment for my time wasted!
pretty solid games for educational purposes. wish there was a mini tutorial for some of them though.
Don’t waste your time: The ads make this app look free, but that’s not the case at all. You’re hit with a paywall right away and can’t even test it out before being pushed into a subscription. It feels like a cash grab more than anything. If the app was actually worth it, they’d at least let you try a free version first. Totally misleading and not worth the download.
You have to pay to play and for me and my child, it's not worth it for what is offered in the game. I can see this getting boring pretty fast. It's super basic and not much to learn from. Not many options and most of the game play is the same. Just too basic for $45. This was a miss for my kid. She plays other games for cheaper and more to do and learn from.
still finding our way around but so far it is kind of difficult. I like apps that allow us to have different profiles for each kid and I can't seem to find that function.
Fantastic game for kids. Installed it for my 3.5 yo and he loved it. Ended up paying for the full game. It's calming and creative. There aren't any crazy flashing or annoying noises. When he finishes he doesn't get irritated or angry, unlike some other kids games. Most of the negative reviews seem to be regarding payment for the app.
Great for our 4 year old! we've been using this for years! My little girl never struggled to understand how to play like other games
we've been using it one day so far but already love it for my toddler, we're planning on trying it during a long flight, looks very promising!
This an awesome app for littles! my toddlers LOVE IT! it's so many things they can do. Highly recommend!!!!
can you have an option for hiding the main menu (four dots) button?! all my kid wants to do is press it as soon as one of the play environments loads up! 🤦🏻♂️
Very great interactivity for your child. Takes away the annoying videos etc pushed out by YouTube and brings in fun, rewarding activities for your child, and for you to both sit down and spend some positive screen time.
My just turned 3 year old daughter has been struggling with screen time addictions/withdrawals. She is neurodivergent, and uses the screen to regulate. This app has nearly eliminated her tantrums when her tablet needs to be away from her, and the games really keep her engaged in an easy to use way. There's no ads for her to need help with closing, and it is REALLY detail oriented in that everything is interactable. This is one of those apps I have no issue paying a subscription for!
will not allow you to access a free trial unless you subscribe after the 7 days, which forces you to remember to cancel. But from what I've read, even after canceling on time, some users have been charged. What a shame since i was hoping to like this app.
very helpful and kind support team, amazing app. Definitely notice the difference from other phone baby games. I love the volume design. I love the interactive pictures. I feel confident about kiddos screen time being positive and constructive without overstimulating. the radio feature has some great and hilarious little tunes. we are big pok pok fans in our house!!
Neither me or my kid like the games. The bat majority of games are not educational, rather just tap/drag fidgeting. Worth noting I found one loophole to play without subscription; quite a few typos and the age range is listed as up to 5 on Google, up to 8 on the website, 3-7 in the ad I saw and 3-5 in the game.
I'm not sure yet if this offers more for older kids, but I have a 2-year-old, and this doesn't offer much for him in terms of learning. He taps around with things, but there's limited benefit other than emergency occupation on a plane. There are better (free) apps out there that will teach your kid something.
I should've read the reviews first. The ads DO make it out to be a free app, and the responses to the many people saying that are NOT a good look for you. After seeing the responses, I looked at all the details on the playstore and scoured the website. There is ZERO information about subscription pricing. The website does say there's a subscription, but you don't find out pricing until you download it and go through all the prompts. Transparency matters, and there is none with this app.
like everything anymore you get ALL the way through registration and THEN they hit you with their exorbitantly high subscription fees. If you were upfront with that information, it's seen as a lot less sketchy. For me though, it gets you 1 star, if I could do 0, you'd get that.
