We went to the grand opening at the Poinciana Florida location. We had chicken pieces and sandwiches. Everything was very good and the service was outstanding. Visited my 1st Pollo Campero in El Salvador. This new location did everything right. Great job!!! See you again soon!!
The Manager/Cashier was extremely accommodating. The location I visited was clean & the staff were hospitable! The food was phenomenal π₯π₯π₯π€€ π₯π₯π₯can’t wait to visit again.

tried to use the $10 off reward with the app and it ADDED $10 TO THE TOTAL. called Pollo Campero and they said they couldn’t do anything to refund… said they’d credit my account on the stupid app and it’s been over 24 hours and I didn’t receive anything. stay away!!
Love the food; not the app. The coupons do not work in the app and no one in the store could assist. However, they scanned the same offer at the register and it worked. It is a little inconvenient when you are trying to order ahead and go thru the drive through.
