App causes my pho web to pull message up saying that the app is corrupted. Device integrity failed. Due to possible routing issue. I Ave not done anything to phone. You need to update app please. I can use app on my tablet fine, but don't know why I'm having issues with phone. Can't use my accumulated points when app keeps closing. Hold up the line inside at store.

Have to fix the time option. Asap defaults to 45 minutes. I get to the restaurant and the order isn't ready. I ordered at 808pm. I get here at 846pm she tells me I have to give her 10 minutes. I look at the email confirmation and it shows order ready by 853pm. All else with the app is great. That asap setting though leads to a big waste of time.
Be prepared for ordering to not work and steal your rewards dollars. They clearly are devoting as minimal resources to their online and app presence as possible. The system is always down and the rewards dollars don't always apply to the order, even though they get deducted from your rewards accounts. And neither the restaurant nor the central call center have access to the rewards system to be able to reimburse you, even though they point to eachother as the access points.
I'm missing the mashed potato and salad sides, the actual sides are delicious but not too healthy,love the fresh cooked chicken,great service always, very cleaned place.💯😍

Fix The App. Unable to Redeem Rewards. You can't use your Rewards or Banked Dollars. Keeps giving the error: ERROR VALIDATING BASKET!!
Hopefully just a app glitch. A two peace meals goes up to $22 ....$22!!! when you use a coupon then goes back to $12 when not using it.Do yall think people won't notice

We went to the grand opening at the Poinciana Florida location. We had chicken pieces and sandwiches. Everything was very good and the service was outstanding. Visited my 1st Pollo Campero in El Salvador. This new location did everything right. Great job!!! See you again soon!!
The Manager/Cashier was extremely accommodating. The location I visited was clean & the staff were hospitable! The food was phenomenal 🔥🔥🔥🤤 🔥🔥🔥can't wait to visit again.
I'm trying to order pickup but the price is somehow $10 more than what I was expecting. What are these secret fees?? Tax?? Online order fee?? Make it make sense
tried to use the $10 off reward with the app and it ADDED $10 TO THE TOTAL. called Pollo Campero and they said they couldn't do anything to refund... said they'd credit my account on the stupid app and it's been over 24 hours and I didn't receive anything. stay away!!
Love the food; not the app. The coupons do not work in the app and no one in the store could assist. However, they scanned the same offer at the register and it worked. It is a little inconvenient when you are trying to order ahead and go thru the drive through.
Even though there's a "Payment" section at the end of the order form, it NEVER charges your card/payment choice. Seriously - what is the point of the payments screen if it doesn't actually pay for your order??? I already waited 45 minutes for my food - and now I'm waiting AGAIN because the restaurant won't start making my order until they get paid (which makes sense - but what doesn't make sense is, didn't I already pay via the app?!?!). Super frustrating experience - can not recommend.
The fried pollo🍗 🐔 is very delicious 😋. It's well seasoned which adds extra flavor to the pollo. You're better off buying the 4 pieces meal special rather than the two-piece dinner if two people are eating. You get more bang for your buck. All the sides are seasoned as well. It does get crowded but the service is fairly quick and efficient. You can't go wrong eating here. 😋😋😋😋😋
Places order without payment. Awful. I downloaded it and have a $10 off offer. I went to order then the payment screen and was trying to figure out how to pay using that $10. Didn't let me and it placed the order even without my credit card. Luckily I don't have my credit card on file so I'm just leaving it as I didn't want $17 in chicken I wanted to use the $10 to get it cheaper and use the app in the future. Not anymore.

Just installed today and it won't let me login to my account. With every attempt it says that I'm not online. Closing the app and reopening doesn't help either because it goes right back to the confirmation page. Whatever is causing this issue, I hope it can be resolved. Edit: The issue with the app not going past the account confirmation is remedied by leaving the phone number line empty. I can now use the app properly.
