App causes my pho web to pull message up saying that the app is corrupted. Device integrity failed. Due to possible routing issue. I Ave not done anything to phone. You need to update app please. I can use app on my tablet fine, but don't know why I'm having issues with phone. Can't use my accumulated points when app keeps closing. Hold up the line inside at store.

The app will crash from time to time and when you go to scan the barcode for promos, your screen will stay super bright no matter if you click off the app. Some serious bugs in here. No way to see your order history either or rate your service. I've been here for over 30min at an empty one and still haven't gotten my grilled chicken. No way for me voice my concerns through the app.

Have to fix the time option. Asap defaults to 45 minutes. I get to the restaurant and the order isn't ready. I ordered at 808pm. I get here at 846pm she tells me I have to give her 10 minutes. I look at the email confirmation and it shows order ready by 853pm. All else with the app is great. That asap setting though leads to a big waste of time.

Be prepared for ordering to not work and steal your rewards dollars. They clearly are devoting as minimal resources to their online and app presence as possible. The system is always down and the rewards dollars don't always apply to the order, even though they get deducted from your rewards accounts. And neither the restaurant nor the central call center have access to the rewards system to be able to reimburse you, even though they point to eachother as the access points.

1st time chicken juicy, tender, very tasty..AC is kind too cold...service is good..will see if the same later since this is 1st week of opening.. there is no liner for female toilet seat..

Fix The App. Unable to Redeem Rewards. You can't use your Rewards or Banked Dollars. Keeps giving the error: ERROR VALIDATING BASKET!!

Hopefully just a app glitch. A two peace meals goes up to $22 ....$22!!! when you use a coupon then goes back to $12 when not using it.Do yall think people won't notice
