super cool app just expensive should be a one time fee, not a subscription

I set it up online download the app and it when I click on it. it's just white. so I delete it and download it again. and it just white blank screen again. I tried a few times and it does not work. too bad sound like a good idea. but they need to work out the app. kind of useless without the app. done wasting my time on it.

app keeps closing, won't sign me in right, cannot edit my info. terrible, garbage app.

frustrating, newer android. did not have app. before. someone had me scan their popl card. i downloaded app. clicked the link on the popl card, no contact info. when I try texting the persons # I get a reply from popl to press the link. I've tried to access support in the app and I get nowhere. in the app I often get money extortion (not really, but they are keen on getting $$ out of you but not helping) request from popl.

I have had this card for 3 years now. I have used it for so many events. Not only for my business but also for spreading the good news!

Have enjoyed using the service, love the concept and the cards. The app is a bit buggy on Google 9 Pro. Will unsubscribe because the service is useless if the mobile app is buggy.

To be honest this app and company may be fundamentally one of the worst businesses I have ever have had the misfortune to work with. I switced to Popl as my employer had wanted us all on the same program. A recent recruiting event with a budget close to $50,000.00 turned into a total lose as their capture forms stopped working in the first few hours of the 4 day event. No help other then they don't know what happened and sorry. 100's of contacts lost and not even willing to refund card cost. F-

:( unfortunately it isn't as quick/touch and go as I hoped. Phones seem to be finicky on whether they read it or not and where it touches (top iphone, mid Android). I've had 3 potential customers so far try to use it in passing but ended up having to type my Instagram user out on their phones instead... Kind of embarrassing. Unsure if it's due to different case thicknesses,pop sockets, or something else

This app used to work great but sometime after Nov 2024, it kept crashing on my Pixel 9XL Pro. I have tried reinstalling multiple times since then but it still crashes. [Popl fixed the issue quickly and efficiently immediately after my initial review! 5 stars now]

The app serves no purpose and does not even work. After installation, I had to save the same colleague's contact info TWICE ... AND it kept nagging me with annoying and USELESS photo capchas (WHY?? it's on my frigging PHONE for crying all night! Programmers don't relate to humanity ...) And, the Support button is non-functional. Don't bother with Popl.
