Trash app. Difficult to use and asks for too much info. other places used a different app and it was much easier.

useless only downloaded it to try to extend my parking reservation. it never let me log in. it recognized my email address even sent me an email to set a password. that screen diapered before i set my password. i could then see my reservation but not modify it
I couldn't extend the parking with Google Pay even though I made my initial parking session with that Google Pay. I had to manually add my card to avoid a parking ticket. this app shouldn't be on the play store if it can't work with Google Pay for session extension.
The lot is very maintained and clean. Best prices in the city.
The cost is not transparent at all. had I known it would cost $70 to park for 4 hours I wouldn't have used the service at all! taking advantage of people on vacation is very low!
I can't speak to the parking service itself yet, but I reserved a parking pass for next weekend on my laptop. Then I installed this app to make sure I have access to it later. I wasn't able to get logged in at all because I signed up via Google and there seems to be no way to log in via Google on the mobile app. So yah...right now, this app is completely useless to me :( I will attempt to get help between now and then and update my review if it goes well.
with apple the app was quick and took a second. with android I have sign in with Google and click that then this though Google just to sign in and then the app works. its a pain to use. make the app more like it is on apple and its 100% but its still nicer then waiting in line to pay
They have horrible customer service and all they want to do is take your money by adding so much fees. They are awful to deal with and hope the parking management team can change to another vendor. The app doesn't load up for me, even with wifi on and I don't know why they have this garbage app.
Map on the app is nearly useless. Despite showing the correct location at the top, the map is for Boston.The amount of the map displayed after a search is far too small to be useful.
Got a violation ticket that doesn't make sense, and my appeal was denied of course. Parking at the location is about $5 an hour, so Premium Parking came to the conclusion that the fine would be $130 with threats to boot my vehicle and add latest fees if I did not pay...
Exorbitant prices and an unfriendly user interface. Also when attempting to pay through Google Pay, it didn't go yet still charged my card. I didn't realize it until I got a refund notification. I've paid (a ridiculous amount) directly with a card, and hopefully my vehicle wasn't towed in the hour I was parked without paying.
The app is functional and fairly easy to use. You go to a parking lot, you look for the lot# on the wall, you enter it into the app. Pick your car (license plate#) then pay your rate and the app tells you how long you can park there. Pretty simple. Now the bad? There's a lot not explained. Many spots in the lot are RESERVED or restricted for a company/person. You must pay attention to all the signage otherwise you may find yourself ticketed. The app needs to explain this better.
This app, parking enforcement company, and any garage management company using their services is a scam. If you are even able log in, register your car properly, and finally pay for an allotted time which is next to impossible they refuse to let you extend your time. The app errors out or suddenly stops working. Avoid any garage with these signs.
I had this happen twice in 2 years. The application shows the parking extended visually after you've entered payment information, but not really sync this data with the server. Got to pay 65$ fine because if that second time cose it didn't even requested money from the bank. First time was able to provide proofs of payment. Make a screenshot of every move or you will need to pay extra because of poor app code.
Would give zero if I could. The app works just good enough to take your money, especially the part where it won't let you add more parking time until after the fee increases. 'Refund' option doesn't even work on the app, and customer service call center is useless. Absolutely won't be using this app or Premium parking services again.
Adding car details is more difficult than it needs to be... Why make folks guess the answer? Add a drop down for Car Type so that we can pick what best describes the car so that we don't have to guess. Same for color. I have an orange car, but it says it's not an option. I didn't know what the available options are because it's a text field, not a drop down. Then when I finally get it all set up, it doesn't let me add time to my existing session. Says "session unavailable"
This app is NOT user friendly! The first time I used it, it have me the option to either purchase a set amount of time or select to start parking and end it if you don't know how long you'll be. So I selected that option, pressed Start and went on my way. When I was ready to leave there was no stop option. Later that evening I pulled up the app again and it asked me if I wanted to STOP parking! It charged me a full day at $56.00. The company refunded what I over paid. This is part 1 of my review
VERY poor UI. Took FOREVER to get signed up, and then when I finally did, was unable to extend my session after several attempts. Finally, I was able to do it, but only for 1 hour, even though I only needed an additional 10 minutes (so even 30 minute option would have been acceptable). Then, when requesting a receipt after the entire session was done, it only send me for the extended time, and I could not access the original time for that receipt. And their email bounces back undeliverable.
I couldn’t “extend” my time for the space, and couldn’t “Park again”, it would say my vehicle was already parked in that zone. I could only rebuy the same block of time I purchased the first time I don’t need another 2 hours, only needed to extend for 30 minutes, and it would never accept payment when trying to extend time. So, I started buying smaller blocks of time and repurchasing those, very inconvenient and it cost more. I almost thought it was a scam to get more money. Fix that & its a 5.
