Been using Primary Care On Demand for a couple months now. It’s basically a virtual doctor’s office you can use anytime. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing. Here’s what you do: you can talk to actual medical providers about your symptoms, get treatment recommendations, and even get prescriptions. And there’s also helpful tools like symptom checkers and medication management – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful. Look, if you need quick, convenient medical care, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the video calls can be a bit laggy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on Primary Care On Demand. I've tested a bunch of virtual healthcare apps and this one's pretty solid. And the 24/7 access to doctors is super convenient, and I like how you can easily move between virtual and in-person visits. But it's not without its issues - the tech can be a little glitchy at times, and the selection of conditions they cover is just okay. Overall though, I'd say it's a good option if you need quick medical care without having to go to the clinic.

I am so surprised that I was able to speak to a doctor by video and have Labs ordered for me and a prescription written out so quickly and efficiently....

This was my first time using the app. It was easy to navigate. I was in touch with a Dr very quickly. He was courteous, friendly, and very helpful.
