This was my first time using the app. It was easy to navigate. I was in touch with a Dr very quickly. He was courteous, friendly, and very helpful.

I’m not really tech savvy I don’t know much about phones like this that was easy to navigate.
I am so surprised that I was able to speak to a doctor by video and have Labs ordered for me and a prescription written out so quickly and efficiently. Totally shocked how well it went. And the doctor was great!
They updated to fix bugs but now I can’t even sign it. Keeps saying to update. I’ve Uninstaller and installed twice with it not resolving the issue
The app has a lot of bugs to work out, very glitchy. Have had to re-enter stuff several times and restart trying to get an appointment multiple times. It’s great when it works though.

Super easy app to use. I really appreciated not having to drive back to town for a doctor visit. There were a couple instances when the video stream hiccuped, but it was just a few seconds. This was so much better than sitting in a waiting room!

ridiculous to enter age by moving the calendar by month for many years.
A little long to set up, and I had to re-enter information that already exists within my health service provider account. It surprisingly didn’t recognize my microphone, but it could have been due to my headset. Dr. quickly called my cell and all went well. I don’t anticipate a long setup in any other calls

It’s supposed to be compatible with my phone. When I try to open it, it keeps saying that there’s an updated version, so it won’t open…I have installed and uninstalled 3 times to no avail, and I really need medical help:(
You can’t enter an appointment once You try to sign in. There is no way to enter the video call without insurance information, and it doesn’t show appointments or messages unless it’s a notification. An application with the same low quality Mayo Clinic “care”

Unable to open app. Was prompted to update, no was update available & couldn’t open the app at all.
Dr. couldn’t see the photo i uploaded to their app nor the photos I sent in the text that they were dialoging with me on. Dr. was emotionless, almost bot like. I received better advice and help from my Nurse friends. App has poor symptom responses, Sad. Maybe better luck for others..
I had a half hour wait beyond the appt time, but the visit itself was great. The provider was very knowledgeable and helpful.
