This was my first time using the app. It was easy to navigate. I was in touch with a Dr very quickly. He was courteous, friendly, and very helpful.

I'm not really tech savvy I don't know much about phones like this that was easy to navigate.
I am so surprised that I was able to speak to a doctor by video and have Labs ordered for me and a prescription written out so quickly and efficiently. Totally shocked how well it went. And the doctor was great!
They updated to fix bugs but now I can't even sign it. Keeps saying to update. I've Uninstaller and installed twice with it not resolving the issue
The app has a lot of bugs to work out, very glitchy. Have had to re-enter stuff several times and restart trying to get an appointment multiple times. It's great when it works though.
l am very confident in the process, and the doctor's validation of my concerns and quick actions to get me the best treatment even while she discussed my symptoms make me feel l have a chance to get well Also, the process to and join the appointments was straightforward and easier than expected I like that you can check in early so as to fix anything that might come up. The help concierge is fast efficient, and l am not sure if it is personal or AI. I have complete confidence in my new Doc
Once I figured out how to get set up on the On Demand app, everything went very well. Dr. Dyer was so pleasant, and after a 5 minute or so video chat, the medication I needed was ordered, and I was able to pick it up an hour later at my pharmacy. The whole experience was awesome!
Takes a little bit on the set up and since it's new it does seem to have a few kinks to work out but it works and was nice that I didn't have to go into the clinic to see someone. Just had my charges post and I think it was reasonable. $155 I wil definitely use it again.
Super easy app to use. I really appreciated not having to drive back to town for a doctor visit. There were a couple instances when the video stream hiccuped, but it was just a few seconds. This was so much better than sitting in a waiting room!
This is a ridiculous waste of time! I never got anywhere with it. The app just kept repeating the same questions and would start the entire procedure over again. It registered me twice and I never did get an answer to my question. I have tested positive for covid. What is the next step? I even left voice mails. No reply! I was on hold for 37 minutes this a.m. and when I talked to "The Doctor" it was a stupid woman who has no medical training at all.
