I gave 3 stars because, although I like this app, and have successfully cashed out many times , the amount of times I have completed a survey to the end and the it blanks out , even waited several minutes to see if it would proceed to get my points! Ive also completed several to the end and only get 1-2 points instead of the actual number of points that were posted ! This is frustrating and annoying, I do this to make extra money , not for fun, so it'd be nice to get my points!

Signed up 2 days ago. When I went to cash out my earnings, it kept saying technical error. I even made sure nothing was wrong on my end like needed an update or something and it's definitely their app and on their end. Also when I was trying to cash out, they put my account on hold but then took it off hold and now there's a technical error? I sent 4 messages to support and no response
The app is great and it DOES pay out— the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the second time I tried to redeem a gift card, it gave me an error. I tried contacting support and I honestly think I sent more than 5 emails and I NEVER got a response. I'm not sure if my account is glitched but I literally have no way of contacting support for this issue..
What's with the time outs. I'm guessing I'll never see 500 points. Haven't had a successful survey in months. Garbage like the rest of them. Update: I still have the same amount of points from another month ago. Every once in awhile I will try a few surveys unsuccessfully and just don't do any for a bit because this app just plain sucks. 1 star is 1 too many. Complete waste of time.
wonderful app and easy to use however I wish the surveys offered had higher payout options in relation to the amount of time someone has to spend doing them. For example, there's some surveys offered that only pay like 30c but they're horribly lengthy (some of them in the 20 to 30 minute range) I have no problem doing surveys but my goodness, barely compensating someone for spending so much time on completing a survey that's super long like that, I feel should be paid out higher than that.
I completed a few tasks that was supposed to pay me over $4 each and for some reason they weren't tracked and I didn't receive my rewards. When I brought it up to customer service they basically couldn't do anything to fix the situation. So I am going to try different survey apps, and hopefully I can get paid for the tasks I completed, unlike with this app.
I have cashed out a total of $20 so it is legit, but they have issues with tracking completed steps. I have several games that have started to pay out just to quit tracking my progress all together. I am definitely owed upwards of $10 from the quests that stopped tracking. Sometimes the app doesn't register that you've installed another app so you end up wasting your time. EDIT: The app is tracking my progress but my balance never updates so I'm not being paid for completing tasks.
Worth the download at the beginning. When you first sign up you get like a bonus for the first 24 hours you have the app. After the 24 hours the points go back to what they normally would, well once that happens all games progress you make does NOT register! The only thing that does is the surveys! I've reached out to customer service with photos of all my progress from games and then the progress it wasn't showing on the quest and that got me absolutely no where! Customer service does nothing!
edit: they've gotten a little bit better at tracking and doubling back to give rewards previously not given. but recently for the games, their offer page is FULL of scams. "sign up here to win a $500 visa" and then it takes you to some sketchy website with 16 ads. so far, those scams are the only downside but other games are still working okay.
When you submit for a reward payout, you usually receive it quickly. HOWEVER, be aware of their 3rd party offers, you may start a game with a specific payout, but it will change. In one case, I even sent a screen shot of the posted payout amount at the time I completed a task (on a Friday). When my pending account was finally credited on the following Wednesday, it was for much less - matched the new offer posting uploaded that morning. Response received: 3rd party, so not responsible.
