I gave 3 stars because, although I like this app, and have successfully cashed out many times , the amount of times I have completed a survey to the end and the it blanks out , even waited several minutes to see if it would proceed to get my points! Ive also completed several to the end and only get 1-2 points instead of the actual number of points that were posted ! This is frustrating and annoying, I do this to make extra money , not for fun, so it'd be nice to get my points!

Signed up 2 days ago. When I went to cash out my earnings, it kept saying technical error. I even made sure nothing was wrong on my end like needed an update or something and it's definitely their app and on their end. Also when I was trying to cash out, they put my account on hold but then took it off hold and now there's a technical error? I sent 4 messages to support and no response

The app is great and it DOES pay out— the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the second time I tried to redeem a gift card, it gave me an error. I tried contacting support and I honestly think I sent more than 5 emails and I NEVER got a response. I'm not sure if my account is glitched but I literally have no way of contacting support for this issue..

What's with the time outs. I'm guessing I'll never see 500 points. Haven't had a successful survey in months. Garbage like the rest of them. Update: I still have the same amount of points from another month ago. Every once in awhile I will try a few surveys unsuccessfully and just don't do any for a bit because this app just plain sucks. 1 star is 1 too many. Complete waste of time.

wonderful app and easy to use however I wish the surveys offered had higher payout options in relation to the amount of time someone has to spend doing them. For example, there's some surveys offered that only pay like 30c but they're horribly lengthy (some of them in the 20 to 30 minute range) I have no problem doing surveys but my goodness, barely compensating someone for spending so much time on completing a survey that's super long like that, I feel should be paid out higher than that.

I completed a few tasks that was supposed to pay me over $4 each and for some reason they weren't tracked and I didn't receive my rewards. When I brought it up to customer service they basically couldn't do anything to fix the situation. So I am going to try different survey apps, and hopefully I can get paid for the tasks I completed, unlike with this app.

I have cashed out a total of $20 so it is legit, but they have issues with tracking completed steps. I have several games that have started to pay out just to quit tracking my progress all together. I am definitely owed upwards of $10 from the quests that stopped tracking. Sometimes the app doesn't register that you've installed another app so you end up wasting your time. EDIT: The app is tracking my progress but my balance never updates so I'm not being paid for completing tasks.

Worth the download at the beginning. When you first sign up you get like a bonus for the first 24 hours you have the app. After the 24 hours the points go back to what they normally would, well once that happens all games progress you make does NOT register! The only thing that does is the surveys! I've reached out to customer service with photos of all my progress from games and then the progress it wasn't showing on the quest and that got me absolutely no where! Customer service does nothing!

edit: they've gotten a little bit better at tracking and doubling back to give rewards previously not given. but recently for the games, their offer page is FULL of scams. "sign up here to win a $500 visa" and then it takes you to some sketchy website with 16 ads. so far, those scams are the only downside but other games are still working okay.

When you submit for a reward payout, you usually receive it quickly. HOWEVER, be aware of their 3rd party offers, you may start a game with a specific payout, but it will change. In one case, I even sent a screen shot of the posted payout amount at the time I completed a task (on a Friday). When my pending account was finally credited on the following Wednesday, it was for much less - matched the new offer posting uploaded that morning. Response received: 3rd party, so not responsible.

I have used multiple survey apps, and it's never no issue.. but this one, i completed several surveys. I went to cash out, and for about a week, it still won't let me cash out. even when I contact customer service who doesn't respond, I still have no resolution.. horrible and a waste of time compared to other survey apps.

Every survey I answer so far except one, has said I don't qualify. Either they don't want to pay .81 ir they hace problems with the app. Either way I believe it's a rip off. "Make money doing surveys." What a joke! Take this app and put it where the sun doesn't shine. Almost every one I've opened (except the cheapy ones) say I don't qualify. RIPOFF!!!

I don't get credit for any tasks or games or email surveys. They always say there was a problem with the tracking. But they can't add the points to your account even if you show them proof so what's the point. Seems like a scam to me. This doesn't happen with any other survey app either. Very disappointing. Update: Looking on reddit this happens all the time and even worse. I'm confident in calling this app a scam.

I used to love Prime Opinion and the offers. They pay out fast and surveys are decent. I've been having problems getting cash back with my offers now. I've submitted several tickets now since this has been an ongoing problem with the paid offers. I even sent them a photo of proof that I paid for it. And I know what they'll say if they respond "Submit a ticket, Prime Opinion is loved by 400k plus" or whatever. It's just very tiring when you spend money on something and expect to receive it.

I have over $70 that I still can’t cash out and it’s frustrating and saddens my heart to think that all of that time I spent playing the games trying to make the next mark of the reward just not to be able to cash out, now feels like it was all for nothing. I struggle enough with depression never thought this app would/could and has cause more depression. Every time I try to cash out a message pops up with "Technical error Please contact support.", but icon to message support disappeared

While I enjoy the games and surveys what I really enjoy is getting paid for said games and surveys. I cannot get past the verification screen, I enter my correct phone number but it brings me back to the exact same screen. Now I have to wait for 10 min to try logging in again and I only tried twice. Until you all fix this your platform is no more than a paperweight and I have absolutely no use for a 'can't make money paperweight '. I am waiting to see if you are truly legit.

Game offers are ending before the time is up, not allowing me to actually get all the points I'm supposed to be able to get. I downloaded a game that stayed I had 40 days to complete the offer requirements. I have had the game 2 days, achieved 3 of the goals, yet the offer says "ended" yet also says I have 38 days left? This isn't the first time an offer has been logged as "ended" before the time was up, either. Really very frustrating, especially when I like the game and level up fast.

prime opinion is by far the worst survey I have used. I currently have more than the minimum requirement for cashing out 667 points and I can't place any cashout and it's been more than 3 weeks. I played games and did just a few surveys, but I love playing games more. now my account is on "technical error", so called support isn't responding to my mails at all for a long time now. I can't recommend this app to my friends even if I want to. all my efforts are but a waste to this accord

I've met requirements to earn money through games yet they won't give it to me! I've messaged them, emailed too (but the email isn't a working email)...I tried messeging with screenshot and then I get an error messege. It's like they have it set up where you cannot contact them with issues. I have 2 messeges in without screenshots and I Havent heard a thing back! Very disappointed.

I've used it for quite a while. it does pay out fast, but it's only in even amounts. so if you have 5.99 your only getting 5.00, which is pretty weak. there are some other perks that make it enjoyable, like a weekly bonus and rewards for gaining certain levels. It does pay less per survey than other ones. But it's worth keeping, since it's reliable to make a few extra bucks a week.
