Sporadic glitches seems to make this app inaccessible often. I've only had the app about 2 months and several times I've had to wait until I return home to us my laptop because I couldn't access the app.

This app only gets better and better. The mobile FNA is very useful for clients. Can go right from completing it on the app to emailing the pdf to the client. Same with the quick quote create the quote and email it right to the client and with the client right there you can complete any application in the app and get them started with thier complete wealth building program.
A faulty app that I had to pay $28 for. I just hope my data is not sold to some shady 3rd party even after deleting the app and its data.
Very impressed with the app. Very useful and user friendly. Great tools at your fingertips. Everything is aligned with the most important things showing up first with all the needed links and to do's connected. Impressed. The speed of everything has been excellent.
loading. the app cannot make it past the second step in the loading screen after Log In. Sadly I've had this problem on my phone for over a month and I've tried several attempts at uninstalling and installing including doig a FACTORY RESET on my phone. The app still cant seem to complete the log in load
The Primerica app is one the best app's that I have downloaded. I Don't have to wait to open the app up, it is easy to operate. I like the security that the app offers. I own a back office personal secretary for a low cost. The app eliminate operational problems for my business.
I had a membership with them, and didn't feel it was a good fit. Contacted their support but no response back. Been charged $75 since June, will have to cancel my card so I don't get charged anymore, terrible
Unfortunately, Primerica does not have an app for users so I have to post here. I invested a small amount of money with mutual funds through Primerica a couple of years ago. My goal was to slowly bring all of my other financial needs here. However, there is no way i could ever do that because I like to be able to look at my portfolio through an app. I have resorted to Vanguard and State Farm for those needs with success. Make an app for your clients, it's 2019! Everyone else has one.
Useless, this app opens to a blank screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and no luck. I've had no luck with any mobile web pages or apps with primerica. I wish they would do something to make it easier for us to track our investments.
03/2020 UPDATED REVIEW: App works most of the time a provides easy access to almost everything the desktop version does. Hoping that email access comes through the app someday. ........ 02/2019 - Rarely actually works. Usually end up logging into the desktop version because the app isn't working.
Same thing happened to me as S. Williams after upgrade. To troubleshoot I give permission in settings to app but that still didnt work. So I logged in on desk top view on a regular chrome tab and new password was needed since due to 30day reset. Once I did that I went back into app and poof worked as it should. Hope that helps.
Super Helpful, this app is definitely a winner. Has some small bugs here and there however the tech support team is insanely great and supportive. The app updates with phone software so obviously you can't use a phone that's older than dirt. That's with any app. The fact ALL busniess can be done through a mobile device is amazing! No longer do I have to carry my laptop everywhere! Definitely worth the $25 monthly for usa or $28 monthly for Canada!!!
Yes! what I love the most is there's a constant update to accommodate making business so much easier and with the change of passwords that's required every certain amount of months make me feel comfortable knowing that my clients info and my own is safe. The only time you cant get in the app is when its updating(which dont take all day) or when your POL requires a password change, than you can login your app. It's all connected.
Let me preface this by stating that my opinion and current views of this app does not reflect negatively on the company itself. As of today, I have been met with "the app is experiencing server issues" every time I have attempted to log in. At this juncture, I refuse to waste time in calling technical support because I do not, will not, and shall not be on hold for a whole album cover to play through. This issue is quite frustrating and needs to be fixed and quickly!
App doesn't work. won't load the login page. Just gives you a white blank screen

I downloaded the app because I need to use it for business. Yet when I try to access it, it comes up as a blank screen after loading up. I tried uninstalling and installing it several times. Please fix it. If it doesn't get fixed I have to uninstall it for good and that is not good for business (on both sides). Update...As of today I'm still waiting to be contacted by tech help. Called our tech centre and was told to leave a call back number. I did. NOTHING no call no fixes.
crash, white loading screen before log in. Unfortunately there's no response to fix this error, so I have to submit 1 star to the app, in order to other users may see this possible fix. You have to manage your default browser on your phone. I was using Firefox and for some reason it won't let the app continue to the log in screen. Switching my default browser to Google Chrome. Hope this works for you guys
I also had a problem after the update of getting an "invalid request". I removed and reinstalled app, and I had the same problem. I then closed the "invalid request" box and hit the submit button again. Then it worked for me. Close the dialogue box, don't re-enter your password, and just hit the submit button again. Worked for me. I like all the features on the app!
