Been using Prisma Health GO for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you navigate Prisma Health facilities – you can find providers, make appointments, check wait times, and even get turn-by-turn directions to your destination. Basically everything you need if you’re a Prisma Health patient or visitor.

Here’s what you can do: you can search for a doctor and book an appointment, there’s a patient portal to access your info, and it’ll show you the wait times for the ER and urgent care. And it’s got this cool indoor navigation feature too – you just enter where you’re going and it’ll guide you there step-by-step, even shows you where to park. Pretty handy if you’re not familiar with the hospital.

Look, if you’re a Prisma Health patient, you’ll probably find this app really useful. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit confusing at first and the ads can get annoying – but overall it does a solid job of helping you get where you need to go. Worth keeping on your phone.

So here's my honest take on Prisma Health GO. I've tested a bunch of medical/hospital apps and this one's pretty good overall. And the navigation features work well and I like how it surfaces info like wait times and provider details. It's not the most polished app out there, but it gets the job done. If you're a Prisma Health patient, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.
