Hey guys the customer support people are able to unlock the old features for you if you simply send them an email they will update your accounts interface to allow you to use it the same way sorry if you guys are upset with the new default page but they had to revamp the default menu due to how easily this app could've been misused.

Thanks for removing the choice of using any number, it was affecting a lot of people by using our numbers and make us look bad, plus the numbers they also used, were red flag under scam, spam etc.,

*** APP SUCKS HORRIBLE! *** Used to be a great app but it has changed and it is not worth having or paying for you can't put in any number anymore only multiple choice and that makes it useless!!!!! To developer: YOU GUYS KILLED YOUR APP! THIS ONE IS USELESS AND NO ONE WANTS IT. WHY DID YOU CHANGE IT?!?! HORRIBLE

Every number I call just goes straight to voicemail and has a different voicemail. Then the actual real voicemail message of the phone. i was able to test this with calling the number with my real phone number. when I use my actual number, it rang multiple times until it went to voicemail. when I use any private caller number, it rang once and went directly to voicemail. No matter what?Number I tried to call and the voicemail was not the same.

I've been using this app for a while now. The service works as advertised. I did have an issue and was really impressed with how fast customer service responded to my inquiry. My issue was resolved quickly so thank you. I will be a customer for as long as the service is available

This used to be my go-to app when getting ahold of somebody that didn't want to answer my calls. You ran out of time you watch the videos but now you have to pay for it or worse link up to an app or website whatever. I don't know why they changed it cause it sucks now.

Very useful app for many situations. However I miss the record and save ur conversation feature that I used when returning calls from rude debt collectors but especially so because of my ex husbands threats he made when u offered the record n save feature. I was finally granted an order of protection. Possibly saved my life. Please bring it back. Thank you.

The app is the best one out there hands down . Must download and check it out . Now you only get 2 credits which is like 2 calls for free. But for only a $1.50 you can get 10 more credits . Cheap and the best app to use by far ...

I put 💰 to add time on your app as look back on history, u haven't used nowhere near all the $$ that I put in on the call time So what happened is after switching accounts & @ times being logged of for quite some time, the call time that I bought, had just went away Plz Fix this, for if you come back & say something on your end, bout usig it in a certain mount of time, not right ~ Moraly Speaking So, if you would plz, but the call time back in that I paid for plz & thkz you

I really enjoyed using this app. Pranking my buddies was awesome. 2 things. Even if your friends don't answer it charges you a full minute. Also i was ripped off after buying 60 minutes. I contacted who ever is on support with all the correct info of my purchase. Still nothing. So i give you 1 star

I love the app very easy to use and super cool and it functions as it says .. however the fact you have to buy credits and when you make a call even if there is no answer it still charges you .. that's not cool.. and also if the app had the voice changer that would be the ultimate app and be the best on the market ! Now if it could also do anonymous texting that would complete the app and send it above all the rest.

was great when I could enter whatever I wanted to show up for the caller id. now this is like any other app. or ge[ting a text free # or something. I cannot believe this app got worse not better. good thing I noticed before I paid for more mins. so disappointed

for some reason it just tells me it's not working in a error message now after working perfectly fine for so long. I have available minutes that I paid for still and can't do anything with them now so why is this error message coming up what's wrong with the app? will it ever be fixed or am I getting refunded for the credits I paid for and never got to use because of this system error?

THEY ALMOST GOT ME! Thank God my old cc # was on file and payment failed. This app IS USELESS NOW. You CAN'T call from any number you want. Instead, a number is pre-selected and added to a list of numbers you can choose from. ** USELESS! ** Defeats the entire purpose since ANYONE, ANYWHERE can EASILY make a phone call using a different / anonymous # for free using phone # apps or other FREE apps. Not worth buying unless I can call from any number I wish. It's worthlesS.

constantly crashes and doesn't complete calls. it will take your payment and subtract minutes from account even though the calls are never connected. I plan on informing playstore and FCC for fraud. also sent numerous emails to support and the only response you get is the initial one that states email received. customer service is another problem on top of the app not performing as expected.

I really enjoyed the old version. It didnt bother me too pay for minutes because you where able to choose whatever number you wanted to show up on there caller id. Thats why i had the app for a along time just for that one feature. But the new version doesn't allow to do that, it has preprogrammed numbers that you have to select from. So im uninstalling this app because it sucks now.

This app used to work perfect and as described. Ive tried to purchase minutes multiple times and my credit card gets charged but I never receive anything in return and I have contacted them multiple times with no response. I will change my review when I get customer support to help or get my money back. Update I was able to get my minutes after being able to get a hold with customer service. App is working great again and as promised!

Do NOT spend any money to add minutes to this app! You will look up and there will still be no minutes in your bank. Emails to customer service come back requesting you to provide proof that you paid- proof in the form of some type of code that you have to get from your Google account. A receipt, or a copy of a receipt, simply will not suffice. Explaining to them that there is no such code or that you can't find one, only prompts a repeat of the same email coming from a different person!, 🤬

ok let me help everyone out. you've got to contact support and tell them to switch it to the old version. people I know had to do that when they downloaded it, now they can put whatever number on the Caller ID. also they were having issues recently but when I contacted support, they explained the issue, fixed it and now it's back working like normal. I can't see my call history anymore for some reason but everything else works.

Had I known it changed for the worse, I wouldn't have purchased credits and downloaded this app! The old version was waaaay better! We had the option of using numbers from our personal contacts. The new version; gives you random numbers to choose from. Not worth downloading! There's FREE apps on Google play, that offer the same service, for FREE!
