App sucks. I created an account then had to deal with an issue of the app telling me to contact customer service so that I could add funds to my account. Was told I'd receive a message 2 weeks passed and no message. I deactivated the account assuming there may have been an issue somewhere and tried to contact support to reactivate and go through ID verification only to be told. "Once you deactivate you can't use the app best of luck"

Downloaded the app, placed a bet, won and haven't been able to log back in since. The link to confirm my email address does not work. I've literally spoken to 10 different people and my issue still is not fixed. I advise you to use a different betting app because this one plays a lot of games. Just getting the runaround, asking me to be patient. Terrible app.
Generally this app is fun and easy to use, but since the last update it is entirely unusable. If someone shares a slip with me, it will not calculate the payout and I cannot place the entry. The same glitch happens when I set up my own slips too! It's super annoying. I can't spend all day on this app, I want to place my entries and get on with my life.
The app itself is fun and betting is different - I like it.. HOWEVER I have yet been able to cash out. When I try to, my bank is not on the list for the 3rd party to connect with. I've reached out to customer service, got a generic response, and haven't heard anything yet. UPDATE: It took a bit longer than I'd like or expect but I did get my bank linked so I could make withdraws. I still think the app is great but it may take a lil time to get 1st withdrawal!
That's it, I'm out! I've had repeated problems with this app going back about 3-4 updates ago. The 3rd party they use for direct withdrawals is extremely glitchy and inconsistent; and the promo use system is just dumb. I mean why do you need to "opt-in" for a risk free bet? I've somehow had my opt-in unchecked, when that's the 1st thing I've done, before placing my bet. Their customer service is abysmal when it comes to resolving those issues. So I'm just going to another app.
New update loads very slowly. Constantly freezes if you switch from board to the others. Similar issues with other phones in house. All started after the update. Uninstalled and reinstalled same issue. I've had no issues with prizepicks until now. Limited picks, but I live in a state where we can't use draftkings and such. I usually only play prizepicks for sale/discount picks or if some props are lower than sleeper. I've used PayPal and have had no issues with sending or withdrawing.
App keeps lagging badly. Always have to restart my device to get back. Not sure anyone experience this issue, but when they are advertising something, it ends completely different. For example, earlier I logged on an advertisement popped up saying Match free lineup. Click on it, not free still have to pay. Ive notice several misrepresented ads. I will screenshot next time. Watch your picks very carefully.
If I could give this app a zero I would. I tried adding my brand new debit card onto my account the said that it already exists on another players account. Then they proceed to charge me $80 which was 4 times the amount I was initially trying to deposit, from the card they "couldn't add" . Customer service is a joke. Saying that I was at fault to begin with then back tracking and saying they were at fault.
New update is horrible! This app WAS awesomene. Never had an issue. Until today. Was forced to update, and now it just doesn't work. Logs me out every time I close the app (annoying). And when I attempt to place my picks, it gives me a server error. Also, it won't load current (had to use web browser to place picks) or past picks made. I've tried uninstalling, and still doesn't work. 5 stars once it's fixed.
Just downloaded the app. Uploaded my ID and said a rep would verify shortly, meanwhile I have 10 minutes until the match bonus expires. 2 minutes goes by and it says I can't be verified even though I uploaded a perfect picture of my ID. An option for live customer support comes up, but it doesn't even work with multiple attempts. Shouldn't be this hard to set up. Not worth the effort with all the other books out there that aren't this complicated.
