App sucks. I created an account then had to deal with an issue of the app telling me to contact customer service so that I could add funds to my account. Was told I'd receive a message 2 weeks passed and no message. I deactivated the account assuming there may have been an issue somewhere and tried to contact support to reactivate and go through ID verification only to be told. "Once you deactivate you can't use the app best of luck"

Downloaded the app, placed a bet, won and haven't been able to log back in since. The link to confirm my email address does not work. I've literally spoken to 10 different people and my issue still is not fixed. I advise you to use a different betting app because this one plays a lot of games. Just getting the runaround, asking me to be patient. Terrible app.

Generally this app is fun and easy to use, but since the last update it is entirely unusable. If someone shares a slip with me, it will not calculate the payout and I cannot place the entry. The same glitch happens when I set up my own slips too! It's super annoying. I can't spend all day on this app, I want to place my entries and get on with my life.

The app itself is fun and betting is different - I like it.. HOWEVER I have yet been able to cash out. When I try to, my bank is not on the list for the 3rd party to connect with. I've reached out to customer service, got a generic response, and haven't heard anything yet. UPDATE: It took a bit longer than I'd like or expect but I did get my bank linked so I could make withdraws. I still think the app is great but it may take a lil time to get 1st withdrawal!

That's it, I'm out! I've had repeated problems with this app going back about 3-4 updates ago. The 3rd party they use for direct withdrawals is extremely glitchy and inconsistent; and the promo use system is just dumb. I mean why do you need to "opt-in" for a risk free bet? I've somehow had my opt-in unchecked, when that's the 1st thing I've done, before placing my bet. Their customer service is abysmal when it comes to resolving those issues. So I'm just going to another app.

New update loads very slowly. Constantly freezes if you switch from board to the others. Similar issues with other phones in house. All started after the update. Uninstalled and reinstalled same issue. I've had no issues with prizepicks until now. Limited picks, but I live in a state where we can't use draftkings and such. I usually only play prizepicks for sale/discount picks or if some props are lower than sleeper. I've used PayPal and have had no issues with sending or withdrawing.

App keeps lagging badly. Always have to restart my device to get back. Not sure anyone experience this issue, but when they are advertising something, it ends completely different. For example, earlier I logged on an advertisement popped up saying Match free lineup. Click on it, not free still have to pay. Ive notice several misrepresented ads. I will screenshot next time. Watch your picks very carefully.

If I could give this app a zero I would. I tried adding my brand new debit card onto my account the said that it already exists on another players account. Then they proceed to charge me $80 which was 4 times the amount I was initially trying to deposit, from the card they "couldn't add" . Customer service is a joke. Saying that I was at fault to begin with then back tracking and saying they were at fault.

New update is horrible! This app WAS awesomene. Never had an issue. Until today. Was forced to update, and now it just doesn't work. Logs me out every time I close the app (annoying). And when I attempt to place my picks, it gives me a server error. Also, it won't load current (had to use web browser to place picks) or past picks made. I've tried uninstalling, and still doesn't work. 5 stars once it's fixed.

Just downloaded the app. Uploaded my ID and said a rep would verify shortly, meanwhile I have 10 minutes until the match bonus expires. 2 minutes goes by and it says I can't be verified even though I uploaded a perfect picture of my ID. An option for live customer support comes up, but it doesn't even work with multiple attempts. Shouldn't be this hard to set up. Not worth the effort with all the other books out there that aren't this complicated.

Just tried signing up and was denied. No reason given. They won't give a reason. I put all my information in correctly. Terrible customer service. Edit: No, the factor was I chose to pay by credit card, then wanted to switch to PayPal and hit back. That's when I got denied. It is a terrible flaw in the system as I've read in other reviews it has happened to many others.

When the app works, you can have a lot of fun dropping bets and interacting with all the provided resources. However, recently I am being constantly logged out of the app. And when I attempt to log back in, I keep getting an error message saying that I'm not in a valid location. Extremely frustrating when you are trying to make live bets and you miss out on joining in before a game starts.

I tried to sign up with the friendsgiving bonus and forgot to add my apt number into my address line (didn't have an option to include that, but that's another story). my account was then unable to be verified. the support system is a joke. Can't get a real person, and when you do, they're the least helpful I've ever encountered. it's a shame too, considering all my friends were telling me to get into it.

I like PrizePicks but it's just not working the same anymore. Navigating the board becomes a headache due to the constant freezing and force closing.. The app waits till you get 4-5 picks then force closes and removes them all forcing you to re-pick them. If not that then it glitches when you click someone and check their stats it'll bounce to someone else or delay loading. PriePicks is just extremely buggy now. I don't know what happened but it needs to be fixed.

app lags/freezes every couple of seconds and delays your ability to make quick picks, you guys updated the look of the app but made it work less efficiently.🤦‍♂️ Also on multiple occasions I have had a lineup set at a certain payout percentage and as soon as I hit the button to lock in my picks the payout majorly drops and submits my picks. I just had a 97.5% payout drop to 47.5 as soon as I submitted my picks. (SMH) THAT IS NOT COOL AT ALL!!

annoying and laggy. the app just starts spasming and going all over the place when you pick a players profile for extra info. extremely difficult to look into stats for the player you've picked. it didn't used to do that but now it does all the time. it's the first betting app I've tried but this issue has become too much and I will be looking into other apps to play.

I used to be a fan of this app but I had to delete my account and walk away. Adjusted payouts and injury reboots are a scam imo. Read the fine print and proceed with caution. Injured players that don't return in the second half must be on a "list" to be voided. Mind you, this list isn't visible when you're making your selections. It never bothered me until it cost me hundreds in payouts. There's better options out there with true injury protection, better payouts and far better promotions.

In all honesty, these updates just keep getting worse and worse. It makes it so hard to even "play". It takes me twice the time (if not longer) to submit a single slip bc of the lags, freezes, random refreshing, and glitching. How is anyone supposed to actually view multiple players, sports and stat categories with these issues? I don't think this is fun for anyone. Please fix.

Think it' time to stop using this app. Was great when first started, noit's terrible. Had to order a new debit card with same bank but can't update cause it' in the system. Customer service ain't any better or help. All they say is use PayPal or venmo. Now I have to wait for pending charges to fall to get my cash back. They still haven't fixed the debit card issue in over a year.... but continue t say they are working on it ... lies....here come the generic reply to this post...In 3,2,1....

great app but if you have a Samsung phone get ready to not be able to submit lineups. location is all messed up and it works sometimes but the majority of the time it does not work. so you'll have to use your browser to submit lineups! but browser does not give the same experience as the app does with the FEED and profiles.
