Not too much of a learning curve and less expensive than the invoice app I was previously using. Update: 3 years later and still working great. Still a good value and I haven't had any issues.

It is fantastic, the yearly fee is very reasonable, and the features that come alongside are perfect. I can't begin to describe how satisfied I am. I didn't even need 24 hours before purchasing the upgrade. Thank you so much, your app is awesome!
I had a bad review posted previously- but now that it is working I am changing my review --bought a new phone and couldn't login at all just a blank screen. I finally got a response from someone via email and they fixed it. The ap is convenient for what I need it to do.
Was with this app and developer from the very beginning had a subscription for several years and didn't realize that my credit card had expired and my subscription was canceled without notification. Then would no longer honor original price.
Would be a 5 stars but after the update I can no longer preview the invoice before sending it out. I was able to preview before and adjust the advance options for every invoice. Also it lost all my client list that was previously saved.
**UPDATE** I had to delete the app totally and reinstall it. Now its back to working! Thanks! i have just updated my app and now it wont load for me at all. The only thing it shows is the blue and white check mark. i cant click on it whatsoever to even try to open the app. It does nothing. please fix... note 8
***UPDATE*** Yes! thank you very much for fixing the problem and reimbursement for the duplicated subscription. My app wasn't working properly early this year, and inspite that I'm enrolled in a yearly subscription it made me pay again for a new one in order to have access to my account. I have emailed the developer about this issue twice, no one has contacted me. Meanwhile my original subscription automatically renewed and I have been charged for two duplicated subscriptions!!!! Very upset!
the guys are very helpful when you have an issue i know it can be a pain but iv been using this app for 5-6 years but wish they could offer a little customing as needed per user, for example rather then only offer stripe merchant services offer paypal or venmo etc, have yet to have a customer not have issues with credit cards, or offer more forms like purposels rather then just estimates it would be convenient to use the same platform for everything, but i love the accounting set up they have
Not even able to get single star ,once upgraded, I lost my old invoices completely can't access my unpaid invoices, customer service not understanding the problem I have ,so I recommend don't waste your time on this app. In order to post your reviews you have to give it at least single star.
Best invoice app on the market... (I've tried 9 of them!!). Best of all is THE SUPPORT you get from this team!!! Help button in the app emails support team directly and help they do!! They've uploaded our logo to our invoices!! I can Accept Credit cards with a push of a button, manage inventory, invoice and bill clients, AND ITS COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZABLE TO FIT YOUR SMALL BUSINESS NEEDS!! 5+*
It's good so far. My only issue I have had was setting up the invoice format. Really tricky and not easy to get the information in the order it was needed. Instead I needed to keep playing around with the format until it slightly worked. Ie, I have bank details in phone numbers, ABN in the address section.
So far so good.. Subscription is fair.. And support is speedy. So I did try another popular invoice software for a bit... Came back to probooks... Seamless integration and everything is "in app"...its just easier.. Do yourself a favor and stick to this invoicing software.
No payment options, how are customers suppose to pay me if I can not put my bank details on the invoice. Its kind of a school boy error not incorporating a bank details payment tab on the customise or payment section in settings. Update:- so the only way to put bank details on the invoice is by either typing them onto the notes everytime you do an invoice or on the invoice footer which is on every page, it quite useless and there is much better alternative apps to use
I thought this app was actually okay it did all I needed. However, recently, it logged me out. I've been unable to log in since, and all it does is create a new account. I have lost years of data and invoices. Despite contacting probooks for some sort of support and help, I've had no response. I feel a little let down, especially as it says customer support is a priority!
For me this works perfectly. Most features you need are in this app and it doesn't break the bank in monthly costs.
can't import the file doesn't exist have to load each item very time consuming also have to add bank details each time and no space for terms and conditions
Only app to keep track of your business that's worth anything! It breaks down everything for you, reminds you if you have upaid invoices, reminds the client that it is not paid, the invoices are clean and neat ( my customers rave about the look and readability of them), and the best part is that it auto-fills materials and even labor for you without you having to do anything but enter it the first time ( no more remembering what you charged "Bob" so you don't over charge his neighbor).
When I'm sending my invoices out, I send them many different ways. I accidentally saved a setting for future reference and now when I want to send a picture I can only send it on Facebook messenger. I've looked all over to for where I can undo this and I can't find a setting for this. Is there a place to change this that you could tell me about? And if not, you should add it to your app. It would be helpful. Update: I was able to fix the setting. It has since been a super helpful app to use!
UPDATE: Not much of a digital expert. ProBooks has been great for me. It works it is easy to set up, maintain and use. The few problems I have had over the past 3-4 years, were quickly answered and solved by an email to the company. Great work guys. I have used this app to set up billing on our business cell phones. It was an inexpensive easy to use alternative to much more expensive packages we considered.
Keep up the good work. a lot of my suggestions have been implemented. 👍🏼Appreciate that. Idk if it's just our company, but sometimes techs don't have the full name or correct name which in turn makes looking up customers nearly impossible. I wish there were a way to search for keywords or phrases and/or by (partial or full) address, ph#, etc. It would help extremely.
