The app itself is great! The main issue I have is the "Forgot Username or Password" section. It doesn't give an option to have your username sent to your email address if you have forgotten it. The only real way into the account after you forget your username is to reset your password. However, even then you still have no way to access or find out your username...and just entering the card number as the username does not work. I recommend a fix to this issue as soon as humanly possible. I wasn't able to access my account info (after switching to a different phone) for an entire week.

This is great if you want to save time calling and checking. It lets you know other important information besides just the balance on your card. It will let you know the date the other amount for the month will be added on besides your normal monthly amount. If you get the bank card you can check all that on here, as well as find jobs, find stores that ship using this card. Definitely a nice feature. It even shows you an itemized break down of how much you spent and where.

This app is GREAT!! Instead of having to call and type in your card number every time you want your balance, you just open the app and it shows you everything, including your spending history, and your deposits. And it also has a lot of great things like how to get a free state phone, how you can get Amazon prime for $5.99, with your EBT card, instead of paying $12.99 (full price), which is really nice. I don't know about you guys, but any time I get an offer to save $ I'm def gonna take it!!

I love this app! I have found it to be very useful...I can quickly check my food-stamp balance prior to shopping. There's no longer a need to remember to save your receipt to see what your FS balance is, or worse... having to call and input your card number. All you need to do is open the app, wait for it to quickly refresh and then you can see what your remaining balance is! If you receive both FS's and Cash benefits, it will show the balance for each of them, plus other helpful info!

If you have food stamps and/or money assistance, download this app. You will no longer have to save that last receipt or call the number on the back of the card to get your balance. Just setup the app which takes less than 2 minutes, and each time you launch it, it checks your balance(s) for you, food and cash. It tracks account deposits, and spending each month, plus offers loads of ways to save, plus special offers. Extremely convenient, and very easy to setup and use.

This is a strange app. It's the official way to monitor your food stamps. But the app is a mix of several partial apps. Nothing is cohesive. Thankfully the food stamps portion is front and center. However, it can't always connect with DHS, so it can't update your FS balance. I don't even have this installed anymore. It was a waste of space. It is easy to call the number on your card to get your balance, or if you are an organized person, just keep your receipts. Your balance is at the bottom.

Was a great app at first because it had a shopping list. I could make my list based on ad prices or prices I knew well enough to estimate. I knew before I got to the store if I was within my budget. Loved It! Then the shopping list was eliminated for "new offerings". Nothing new has been offered. In my opinion, app is now useless. I can get my balance by calling the online number. USELESS APP! Don't waste your time on it.

I have to say this was one of my favorite apps. I loved the simplicity of it all. It had great resource information, coupons, and quick access to my food balance. It showed updates as far as pandemic and changes made to our balance, job listings. Help available for everyone. It was awesome. Now its totally changed and i tried for over an hour to create account or whatever they were wanting...Huge waste of my time. Couldn't log in and after the huge hassle i dont want to even bother. Y Y Y??

This used to be a great app. You could view your benefits etc easily. Since the upgrade, it is hard to find any of your info, other than your balance. It's so "busy" and full of ads. It's not user friendly like it used to be. About the only thing I can easily find on here is ads for free cell phone service and my current benefit balance, and considering how long it takes to refresh now, I'm not even sure that's accurate. I still end up calling.

It's great! I just don't like some of the permissions that are listed and have no option to turn off due to educated individuals with criminal minds use of access to the information in it. I hope some day soon app developers will consider the safety of them before launch (especially when dealing with such sensitive information). Otherwise, I appreciate the links to join memberships to delivery services for a reduced rate and that there are job listings in your area and ways to save $!
