The app itself is great! The main issue I have is the "Forgot Username or Password" section. It doesn't give an option to have your username sent to your email address if you have forgotten it. The only real way into the account after you forget your username is to reset your password. However, even then you still have no way to access or find out your username...and just entering the card number as the username does not work. I recommend a fix to this issue as soon as humanly possible. I wasn't able to access my account info (after switching to a different phone) for an entire week.

This is great if you want to save time calling and checking. It lets you know other important information besides just the balance on your card. It will let you know the date the other amount for the month will be added on besides your normal monthly amount. If you get the bank card you can check all that on here, as well as find jobs, find stores that ship using this card. Definitely a nice feature. It even shows you an itemized break down of how much you spent and where.

This app is GREAT!! Instead of having to call and type in your card number every time you want your balance, you just open the app and it shows you everything, including your spending history, and your deposits. And it also has a lot of great things like how to get a free state phone, how you can get Amazon prime for $5.99, with your EBT card, instead of paying $12.99 (full price), which is really nice. I don't know about you guys, but any time I get an offer to save $ I'm def gonna take it!!

I love this app! I have found it to be very useful...I can quickly check my food-stamp balance prior to shopping. There's no longer a need to remember to save your receipt to see what your FS balance is, or worse... having to call and input your card number. All you need to do is open the app, wait for it to quickly refresh and then you can see what your remaining balance is! If you receive both FS's and Cash benefits, it will show the balance for each of them, plus other helpful info!

If you have food stamps and/or money assistance, download this app. You will no longer have to save that last receipt or call the number on the back of the card to get your balance. Just setup the app which takes less than 2 minutes, and each time you launch it, it checks your balance(s) for you, food and cash. It tracks account deposits, and spending each month, plus offers loads of ways to save, plus special offers. Extremely convenient, and very easy to setup and use.

This is a strange app. It's the official way to monitor your food stamps. But the app is a mix of several partial apps. Nothing is cohesive. Thankfully the food stamps portion is front and center. However, it can't always connect with DHS, so it can't update your FS balance. I don't even have this installed anymore. It was a waste of space. It is easy to call the number on your card to get your balance, or if you are an organized person, just keep your receipts. Your balance is at the bottom.

Was a great app at first because it had a shopping list. I could make my list based on ad prices or prices I knew well enough to estimate. I knew before I got to the store if I was within my budget. Loved It! Then the shopping list was eliminated for "new offerings". Nothing new has been offered. In my opinion, app is now useless. I can get my balance by calling the online number. USELESS APP! Don't waste your time on it.

I have to say this was one of my favorite apps. I loved the simplicity of it all. It had great resource information, coupons, and quick access to my food balance. It showed updates as far as pandemic and changes made to our balance, job listings. Help available for everyone. It was awesome. Now its totally changed and i tried for over an hour to create account or whatever they were wanting...Huge waste of my time. Couldn't log in and after the huge hassle i dont want to even bother. Y Y Y??

This used to be a great app. You could view your benefits etc easily. Since the upgrade, it is hard to find any of your info, other than your balance. It's so "busy" and full of ads. It's not user friendly like it used to be. About the only thing I can easily find on here is ads for free cell phone service and my current benefit balance, and considering how long it takes to refresh now, I'm not even sure that's accurate. I still end up calling.

It's great! I just don't like some of the permissions that are listed and have no option to turn off due to educated individuals with criminal minds use of access to the information in it. I hope some day soon app developers will consider the safety of them before launch (especially when dealing with such sensitive information). Otherwise, I appreciate the links to join memberships to delivery services for a reduced rate and that there are job listings in your area and ways to save $!

I've never used the banking program. However I've been with this app over several name changes because it's functional, efficient, & works for me. At one point, post surgery, I had a mere whisper of a voice. It was frustrating trying to tell cashiers, who one has to give an exact amount to, when one gets to the bottom of the barrel on one's SNAP benefits exactly how much they can punch into their register. I would just show them the figure on the app. It's easy to use. Reliable. Convenient.

I really like the Propel app. It has an enormous amount of offers to choose from. I especially like that it let's me know when my two upcoming deposits will be on what dates & also the time. It is up to date on my balances. I always misplace my receipts, so I'm always lost on my current balances. It's easy to get around on the app too.

I used this app for over a year and loved it. However, I started using ebt connect for card lock purposes and when creating that account it synced with the account on this app. Passwords are synched. So when one updates, which has to be changed often, the other app changes password as well. Eventually I got locked out from attempting to sign in 3 times with wrong password. I haven't used this app since November. There is no technical support or live person to assist in correcting any of it.

If you have EBT, definitely download this app. it's so convenient and user friendly. it completely eliminates having to call the customer # to check your balance and has customer service as well as card issues right on the app. plus it tells you directly below the balance a week in advance what date,and Exactly how much you'll be credited on your EBT card for the month coming up. I love it. The balance and pending balance is directly on the home page as soon as you open the app,very quick/easy.

Has a lot of helpful and useful features that are very convenient. App is simple, straightforward to use, and easy to navigate. Allows you to add multiple cards, check the balance, change your pin, lock/unlock the card, report it stolen, or order a new one, and see past and upcoming transactions easy and convenient.

overall pretty great app. updates fairly quickly. one recommendation going forward though I would like to see an itemized list for purchases at each establishment example milk $3.49 bread $3.25. This would be a very welcome addition as like most people we probably don't hang on to our receipts all of the time. It would be great to have a electronic list to pull from.

I absolutely hate dealing with an automated system. The app has a lot of information in it, suggested deals and discounts, and available assistance you may qualify for - links to reputable disability lawyers, low cost cellphone plans that come with a free phone and information on the summer foodstamps. Best of all, it's SO easy to check your balance. It posts the balance to the home menu so there isn't as much stress about keeping receipts or remembering the balance. I love this app.

I absolutely love the Propel App. Since I started using the Propel App, I've not only saved time. I've also saved a good amount of money. The app also keeps track of what you've spent, and where you've shopped. The Propel App. also shows you, local job offers. They also offer many different discounts. With companies like Instacart, local grocery delivery, and Amazon, Walmart, and many more companies. I saved the best part for last. Most of the companies offer free delivery to people who EBT....

It's perfect for checking balance. it's very simple. I'm very glad I was recommended to this app. Stop calling the number on the back of the card to check your balance(s) for EBT FOOD and EBT CASH. Adding your card is easy. There are other things you can do like change your pin. You can look for jobs. You can even file a application for a free smart phone service. If you do not have a app for your EBT card. I highly recommend that you download this app. Hundreds of thousands of users agree.

Works best compared to other apps to do what it does. I thought there were too many ads at first, but you can always say no to any and all of them. Some of the ads offer good deals too, not like other apps that offer some of the worst deals online. I've uninstalled but reinstalled after trying alternatives. Honestly, this app makes it easier and they are upfront about what you're getting or getting into, if you know what I mean. 100% recommended after thorough testing. For now...
