This app is so bad, I searched for a 1 bhk appartement in dubai with up to 1.000.000 dhs price. it gave me 1 appartement only LOL terrible app.

The property details given efficiently

Doesnt show accurate results, for example when searching by building's name, it shows either just 1 or 2 units and sometimes not even ONE. My filters are not restrictive at all, I search open and wide but I still can't manage to solve the issue. When using the web it is the same. You need to work harder on this.

app is great, but agents posting the property took weeks to reply and when they replied they will offer you other property which is not the one they've posted.

Poor UX. You can't even filter units by Down payment, Or resale units. That should be a basic filter in a real estate app. Any filter you would do would give you like +3000 units without proper filtering.

The location is almost always misleading! They put "Zezinia," and it turns out to be Bacos. "San Stefano" turns out to be Gianaclis. Sometimes the location appears to be in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea near Cyprus—are these properties floating on water?! Please check this location issue, because it makes a huge difference in prices.

the app does absolutely nothing to help potential rentals. agents will keep apartment listings that are not available to get people messaging them only to offer them something else that I didn't ask for! trying to submit a report the app will simply crash ...

Property Finder allows scammers to operate freely on its platform without consequences. I was scammed by an agency on their platform and provided clear evidence, yet no action was taken. While I understand they’re just a middleman and can’t take legal steps, they could at least ban or restrict scammers and they refuse to do so. I totally don't recommend using Property Finder, as it offers no real protection or accountability for its users against scam or fraud.

Every time I reinstall Property Finder on my Samsung S25, I run into the same issue. When I click a link from the email, it prompts me “Open in Property Finder app,” but instead of opening the specific page, it just redirects me to the app. It’s frustrating, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the aap multiple times, and the issue keeps repeating. I end up having to open Property Finder opening any app on every sinlge "Open in External App" Please fix it, it really affects the user experience.

It works as an app, but none of the listings I have tried personally, are real or accurate. I'd suggest they actually verify these listings because most agents do not respond and even if a listing was made hours ago, its not real and then the agent wants to offer you a different property which is nowhere close to where you really want to live. When you report a listing, nothing happens. This has been a continuous behaviour/pattern. I personally can't buy any property I tried.

Worst experience. Misleading prices to spam the filtered results and the app even supports them by accepting their sponsored ads with no verification.

Fake pricing everywhere. You will not find a single post with accurate price. Some are even double the price when you contact the agent. Stay away from property finder

I was financial cheated by one of the fraud agents from Property Finder platform. I contacted one of the agents for flat from this platform. I paid the agent and he did not return my amount on cancelled deal. Now he has ghosted me completely. Your platform should not allow fraudsters like these.

Majority advertisements are false. When we call them, they say the unit is not available. You should make it mandatory for advertisers to mention if agency fee is involved or not. They call us and tell in the end that there is also an agency fee.

Edit: It's not possible to log in on mobile, and they have still not addressed this issue at all. Original: Today the app started acting very weird. It logged me out of my account, wants to send me an email instead of allowing me to use my password to log back in, then when I do that, keeps scrolling through different screens really fast, without me touching the screen at all. They have somehow broken this app, and it's not even clear why
