This app is so bad, I searched for a 1 bhk appartement in dubai with up to 1.000.000 dhs price. it gave me 1 appartement only LOL terrible app.

Doesnt show accurate results, for example when searching by building's name, it shows either just 1 or 2 units and sometimes not even ONE. My filters are not restrictive at all, I search open and wide but I still can't manage to solve the issue. When using the web it is the same. You need to work harder on this.
app is great, but agents posting the property took weeks to reply and when they replied they will offer you other property which is not the one they've posted.
Poor UX. You can't even filter units by Down payment, Or resale units. That should be a basic filter in a real estate app. Any filter you would do would give you like +3000 units without proper filtering.

The location is almost always misleading! They put "Zezinia," and it turns out to be Bacos. "San Stefano" turns out to be Gianaclis. Sometimes the location appears to be in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea near Cyprus—are these properties floating on water?! Please check this location issue, because it makes a huge difference in prices.
Great app, does the job. Not everything needs to have AI though
the app does absolutely nothing to help potential rentals. agents will keep apartment listings that are not available to get people messaging them only to offer them something else that I didn't ask for! trying to submit a report the app will simply crash ...
