Description
Been using Protection 360™ for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that gives you stuff like live tech support, the ability to file insurance claims, and other features to help you manage your connected devices. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you can do: you can call or chat with tech support 7 days a week to get help with setting up your devices, fixing connectivity issues, and more. There’s also a way to file accidental damage or mechanical breakdown claims – just a few taps and you’re good to go. And you can view all the details of your coverage, which is handy.
Look, if you’ve got a bunch of gadgets and want an easy way to get support and file claims, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need that kind of thing.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on Protection 360™. I've tested a bunch of device management and insurance apps, and this one's pretty solid. The live tech support is really helpful, and being able to file claims right from the app is super convenient. The UI is a little dated, but it gets the job done. Compared to some other options, it's not as polished, but the core features work well and it's free to use. I'd recommend giving it a try if you need those kinds of tools.

I am extremely frustrated. This is my 5th attempt to file a claim via my mobile device in the app. I get to the consent screen and receive an error...
there is no place to type a response to the tech support when you trying to chat with them. I tried it on both of my phones and neither one...
I've not had to use it but it's a great feeling knowing that if something happens to my $1,000 phone, it'll be fixed basically for free
