Been using ProTool for a couple months now. It’s basically an all-in-one app for BMW and Mini owners to diagnose, code, and tweak their cars. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you can do: You can read and clear error codes across all the car’s systems, code in tons of custom features, and even do stuff like calibrate systems after replacing parts. There’s also live data logging – you can see all the raw sensor info and even graph it out. And you can change the ECU VIN if you’re swapping used parts. Took me a while to figure all that out, but it’s really useful.
Look, if you’re a BMW or Mini enthusiast, you’ll probably love this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to tinker with your car.
