Always able to get quick responses from my doctor and care team. This app is amazing!

since the July, 2025 update, the app now has bugs, and crashes before it completes loading. currently unusable.

I am able to use my fingerprint sensor to access the app and everything works well.

Horribly slow with connection to MyChart. I don't see any value to this to replace the faster MyChart app.

this app is wonderful! I am dealing with my 1st diagnosis of cancer, and to get results and be within contact of the doctors so quickly is indescribable.

Love the care, patience, and understanding from all the Nurses, Doctors, transport, and CNAs that took care of me while in the hospital. Is amazing as you get first-hand information on all the test results and procedures and plans. Amazing experience. Thank you 😊 🙏 💓 👏

last update missed everything up. ever since the newest update I cannot get into my chart and check when my appointments are?Or even see My profile.

What does this app offer that isn't already in MyChart? Neither is perfect, but this app only adds confusion. I clicked on the notification expecting to do e-checkin, but it only displayed my appointment with no further instruction. I scrolled down & saw another appt scheduled 2 mo. from now: literally named "Appointment" with absolutely zero detail to indicate the purpose. Come on. Seriously? I'm just going to uninstall. Today my PCP said she's heard complaints about the app from other Pts too.

It used to be easy signing in. It no longer is. And you need to STOP 🛑 changing how the app looks. It was just fine before Providence messed up the entire app & I had to re-learn (I train myself) how to use it again. Providence should have just left it alone! Why mess with something, when there's nothing wrong with it in the first place?

I was just using My Chart. Then I found out about Providence app. It's great so far, very interesting and informative. Try it out and see.
