Always able to get quick responses from my doctor and care team. This app is amazing!

since the July, 2025 update, the app now has bugs, and crashes before it completes loading. currently unusable.

I am able to use my fingerprint sensor to access the app and everything works well.

Horribly slow with connection to MyChart. I don’t see any value to this to replace the faster MyChart app.

this app is wonderful! I am dealing with my 1st diagnosis of cancer, and to get results and be within contact of the doctors so quickly is indescribable.

Love the care, patience, and understanding from all the Nurses, Doctors, transport, and CNAs that took care of me while in the hospital. Is amazing as you get first-hand information on all the test results and procedures and plans. Amazing experience. Thank you 😊 🙏 💓 👏

last update missed everything up. ever since the newest update I cannot get into my chart and check when my appointments are?Or even see My profile.

What does this app offer that isn’t already in MyChart? Neither is perfect, but this app only adds confusion. I was just using My Chart. Then I found out about Providence app. It’s great so far, very interesting and informative. Try it out and see.

I am comfortable using the app and navigating through it. The app makes things much easier and is superior to other patient Portal apps that I have used.

Overall very easy to use & navigate. If I can do it anyone can, (had Secretary for years, got spoiled and still learning some simple processes. Thx. J

Really great, but won’t let me check into appointments. I have an appointment at 8am and need to be checked in by 7:55, and the app will not redirect anywhere. Just goes straight to the home screen.

Easy and they made it so I can access so many things like appointments, test results or messages to my health care team.

Truly a game changer in medical management! Easy to use, and the medical professionals actually utilize the tools created to help the users. I can trust my info is seen and handled efficiently on the other end.

startup time is impossible taking 5 minutes or more with either 5g or wifi data. when it finally loads the MyChart page keep getting error messages when trying to open check-in or test results or even billing. I removed app 😑

very informative info!!! I’m able to find just about everything I’m looking for and it’s easy to move around in. It even tells you about your phone calls and conversations and they are updating very quickly! I love it!!! THANK YOU !!!
