Hate to leave a negative review but hopefully this will bring attention to the issues. App simply is no longer working or usable after the recent update. Please fix PSA!!!!
Unable to look up any cards. Continued to say something went wrong, this was on both photo lookup and manual lookup
This app gives me all the info and access i need to see my orders status level and the reveal feature for my cards when the order is complete is my favorite feature! So far so good
Encounters errors in checking slabs (not working, and asks to log in, but even after logging in nothing happens) everytime after an update.
honestly used to be a really good app but recently it started bugging and not showing my active submissions and then when I go to the website and click on submissions to jist view them there it defaults me back to the app that isn't showing anything. I hope it gets fixed soon as I used to love this app for its convenience.
so dumb I wanted to just see if my cards were worth something so I use this app the official site of psa grading but it won't even let me scan any of my cards at all so I instead is search it up but nope there is an error so I can't do it I'm uninatalling this dumb app and psa please fix this bug
It worked for the first cool minutes, and then you stopped scanning my cards and kept having errors. Do not recommend.
I believe the estimates are not up to standards..it's alot of money to invest in grading. Then people go by what PSA puts out as an estimate. When clearly the card is worth more than what it's estimate is.. Overall PSA has fine product..I jus think there's some variables that could be buttoned up..
It was good for about couple months and now when you try to scan it or take a pic. the screen goes to black and when you try to type it, it says there was an error to open the page up.
The only reason I downloaded the app was to more easily check the status of my cards. Instead the app says I have no submissions or orders and when I click on my order on the website it takes me to the broken app.
