Close this app down. They're just out to steal your information. Phone number, email and all. They pretend to let you log in with facebook but you get stuck on the page so it forces you to use your number. When they then ask for more info including email.. whatever email you put in its never valid and you will just be stuck on that screen unable to do anything. Pu (thumbs down)

This will remain 1 star until you guys have unbanned my account. I tried to contact you at the below address; it didn't work. At first the app seemed interesting & legit. I set up an account & used my free 150 txt credits. I bought the $9.99 -450 TxtCreditspack. I waited for it to load on the app but it didnt. I thought if I logged out of the app and then logg back in my credits would b there. Instead, a msg pops up saying Im banned from app

The readers are ok the customer service/support is really no support at all. Especially if the app screws up your credits and you tell them what happened. Updated review. The same as before. The discounts are supposed to last 24hrs and they do not. Support can not explain why

Support are not bothered assisting you. If an advisor doesn't respond within 14 hours and you used a coupon they ignore your request for a refund. I would advise not using Kabela as I had a text request which I posted around 2 hours before she was no longer available and it wasnt answered before the advisor logged out and as a result I have now lost my coupon and technical support are ignoring my support tickets.

This app is billing me, through phone charges and they don't restore my account for the monthly subscription. Before they di restore my account I never had issues now they're saying that the receipt is not good enough and that is the only receipt I have. I did not never downloading this app again, and I'm never using their service again. They're going to get in big trouble for billing me and not providing me service

I tried several readers who, invariably told me the same thing. I don't think they told truths, but only what I wanted to hear. Nothing has come to fruition from the readings I was given. My hopes were up only to be dashed when the readings were proven incorrect. Granted this is intended for "entertainment purposes" but, I was not entertained.

I had a few good readings I also had a lot of fake ones too but I still like the app for quick questions I need answered to always either a hit or miss and alot of info is not accurate at all i only had 2 of them that was ok accurate so far and i tried like 14 different ones so yea it ok dont take it to serious on what they advisor say alot of time about 80 percent they be wrong or it never happens..

Your most recent update has made it to where I cannot even access my orders I can't speak to anybody on here and I'm really really not happy at this point with this app and the most recent update that you installed on it. I've been on this thing for a couple of years now and I never had this issue to where I could get into everything else except for my orders. I would appreciate if you would fix this issue so that people can access their orders and text and listen to their purchases if they want

Psychic Txt app is very useful for those who seek guidance, want to know about the future, past life, advice for relationship, career, financial, and many more. You can also read your free horoscope for the day, and read some useful article that you can apply in daily life. One of the best psychics I've encountered is Meha- she's straight to the point, and you'll be amazed when they tell you things that only you have knowledge of. I can't use the discount promo, and it's frustrating.

All readers have 4+ stars???? I find it to be a scam because most negative reviews are hidden. Why would a reading have a time limit or not be able to edit our review at a later time? Why would you not have different grading for present accuracy, prediction accuracy (minor and serious), reading details and reading atmosphere. 4 Dollars is cheap but your team should focus on better customer service by providing these details. Your app has much potential compare to other apps.

I have the pleasure of working for this app and I love being able to help those who are stuck and are not sure how to move foward. I also allow my clients to vent as well if they just need to talk and let something out. I definitely recommend this app and we have so many lovely advisors that are here to assist you in getting closer to manifesting the life that you deserve and desire.

Sorry.. I used this app for some time and realize how money hungry these people are... they act like they care about you, but it's only a ploy to get you to pay over and over again for their "readings". Which is nothing more than an advice I get from my friends and family... and didn't pay you for that kind of service... Don't get me wrong there are a few who do an actual reading, but good luck finding them on this app.. They don't refund your money back either... just in a form of in-app credit to talk to another "Psychic".. I'm done with this app for good.

Sometimes the psychics rip you off by telling you they are "going to sleep now but if you text them in the morning" (spend more credits) "then they will talk to you then." A lot of the psychics are great but the constant need to update the app is getting annoying. I had to update the app twice in one week.

After a while of using this app..I'm deciding to delete it. Tonight a reader gave incorrect judgement instead of insite. They don't give refunds any longer and the readers aren't truly giving insiteful readings. Last week I used an app called ' Keen ' and the reader's prediction came to pass@! So, it does depend on the skill of the readers.

Hi there I'm really very very disappointed I just started a live chat for £15!!!!!! And it didnt even work, I was unable to chat after the first few seconds and it used up ALL my credits . The chat was started with Dimple at 10.49pm... and after her first reply it read currently unavailable at bottom of screen. I could see messages coming in but couldn't respond . I spent that money in good faith hoping to have a chat and get more clarity. IT IS EXTORTIONATE for not being able to even chat!!!!

The readers are amazing but the customer service sucks so bad. They would not bother replying you. I sent a text to one of the reader. It deducted the coins and ended up my text was nvr sent to the reader. I reached out to their customer service and it's been days and got no reply. It is as if they intentionally ignore u. Don't even bother downloading because there's so much bug in the app. Their wheel for getting free coins daily is complete trash. It stops only at 5 credits every single day!

I have been using this app for a decade. You're not going to find psychic readings at affordable prices anywhere except here. They have good, real psychics, with real God given gifts that can really help you along life's ups and downs.

I have paid for text readings. unfortunately, my money was debited but not reflected in credits. I addressed this many times with transaction id, but my issue was not resolved .

My account got locked due to security issue. I did email customer support so I can get my account back up and running. Now I just gotta wait and see if they reply back.
