The app is alright for requesting refills, although adding a note to "in progress" prescriptions about when they're expected to be filled by would be nice. Kroger had that. Also, the payment feature is a joke. I can't even get it to load the screen, and the 1 time it did load the payment screen, the app froze up and failed when processing payment, which is really uncool. Shame too, because I'm disabled and would LOVE the ability to pay by app so that I could utilize the curbside pickup option

Update: Horrible! It takes forever to start, even longer to display the prescriptions (if it makes it that far without returning a network error,) displays multiple instances of the same prescription, and the 'Pay Now' feature fails to work 98% of the time. Once you submit a refill request, you can't view the status, all you see is a message that states "this prescription is currently unavailable for refill" and if for any reason the pharmacy is unable to fill it, it doesn't notify you.

Poorly designed app. "Remember me" doesn't work. Biometric login doesn't work. Information you know they have is not available or is hard to find. Want to request syncing a new prescription with other synched prescriptions. Nope. Try to figure out if a prescription is ready to pick up. It's in a list of all prescriptions and just a different color. Non-obvious. Click on it and it wants you to pay for it but still doesn't make it clear it's ready to pick up. Could be so much better.

This is undoubtedly the worst app on my phone. I would love to meet the coders whose minds are twisted enough to think this is an intuitive interface. To boot the dang app has given me confirmations on orders on more than one occasion where I've gone into the store and they don't have any record of the orders. Definitely going to change pharmacies. Read my review Gabby. You asked me if I contacted the pharmacy when I already told you I went in in person. Wow!

The directions are not precise enough, they are quite confusing. I spent way too much time setting up this account. There should be step by step instructions as: (1)First step and etc. The code flashes up and it's gone. It took me an hour and a half to get completely set up. Quite frustrating. I can follow clear directions. I hope using this account is far easier than setting it up .

Deleting this app today, it just does not work. I have no idea what happens with my personal data, however, I would hope it will be deleted. Sorry guys but trying to figure this app out is just not worth the time. I will probably keep it for refills, but that's the only thing I can use the app for. I have uninstalled the app for now, because it has been completely unusable for the past few weeks. It won't let me log in at all, but I can log in just fine from a browser (either on my phone or on my computer). Please fix this app. 12/23 I STILL can't log in. It tells me "login incorrect," despite the exact same email address and password working just fine on the website.

Not woth the hassle. This app is horribly slow. Every time I click on anything it tries to load for at leas two full minutes. It took me 15 minutes to set up my account. I gave up and just called the pharmacy to refill my prescription. That took me 2 minutes total from dialing to hanging up. Edit 07/06/2022: Funny how they think this false generic answer solves the ongoing issue. It wasnt just on "that day" it's still happening and it doesn't work properly. Good try though!

Hasn't worked for months. I used to be able to see my prescriptions and switch between myself and my husband quickly and easily on my phone, which was great. Now, it won't let me login at all. Every time I click anything in the app it opens my browser and asks me to login. When I login nothing happens. The app doesn't open back up. I go back to the app, click literally anything, and it takes me back yet again to the sign in screen. This was great when it worked. Now it's just wasted space.

It worked for a while then recently I was unable to log into it after I logged in and ordered my meds. Gives me wrong password now. Funny the password works fine when I login online to the website. Just uninstalled and reinstalled app hoping it would resolve issue, NOPE! My spouse has never been able to log into the account they created woth the app. I'm checking Amazon's prices, their app works and they deliver to my door for free. How long does it take to fix your app? Is it fixable even?
