This app went above and beyond my expectations. The readings are accurate, they brought me the clarity I needed. I can also reach out to the readers after the sessions which is perfect for deeper insights. I can also download the video responses of my readings amd watch them anytime I feel a need! And this app is very affordable!
An easy app with a clean design. I love this app because the people at Purple Ocean really take care of their psychics and their customers. This app is so intuive, and provides a clear set of choices for the client to select the reading type that suits them (3 minute pre recorded reading, text reading, phone or video reading.) What's more the qualified advisor is provided this same opportunity to read in a way that suits their day to day.
Very disappointed, apllied to be a reader, send a few messages to Anebel, but no response, I world think twice to get a reading or work for this company if their administration is not working, from the previous messages from ckients I can see that they have had similar problems from readers. Been a reader for 35 years and the clients need accurate information and not employ readers that are not up to scratch.
I love this app so far! It's easy to navigate and the intuitive readers on here are the real deal! I do wish maybe there were an option for a slightly longer reading besides the video chat ones, though I understand it can be difficult to give in depth readings when there is no one in front of you.
It was suggested l join Purple Ocean as an advisor as l've had +35 years experience in tarot & my reviews are all 5 stars. I had no previous experience/knowledge of the app. I was VERY surprised to see how little time they allow for a reading. Too rushed! I only realised this -and a few other things which did not resonate with me - during the actual application process. I was not accepted. 🤣 Wow. A bit concerned that all my Paypal details had to be linked to PO just to apply! Dodgy.
It's a great app. After my issue with payment, the support reached out to give me an option to pay with paypal. I paid and got two readings within the week. Honestly the first one was confusing since it didn't resonate with me. But I went with an open mind and was confirmed by another separate psychic. I'll definitely use this app again.
Readings do not last long. Filled with confusion. Given a $10 credit for birthday without explanation that it has an expiration date. Just received notification pop-up that I had a $10 credet with no terms.. Went to go use it and it was gone. E-mailed customer service. Told once it is gone it is gone and will not reissue.
I would give zero stars if I could. You have to make 3 purchases with the same advisor to even rate them. No wonder the reviews are so positive, who would waste money 3 times and then write a bad review. My reading was as generic as you can get and completely off base. Clearly was not a reflection at all of my personal situation. Just really really bad.
I am an advisor on here by the name of persephonescharm and so far it has been amazing. It feels like the clients and advisors really get to connect even if it is such a short video. the first few videos I was super jittery because of of having to fit all the info into a short 3min video but this will help me get faster at it. used to in person or live videos so there is a learning curve for me. lol
I have not had any great customer service from Purple Ocean/Garden. I feel strong armed and taking advantage of. I am an avid user and spent a great deal of money with them. I have written numerous emails and left voicemails. They locked me out of my account after a dispute was resolved and I was able to spend more money and buy two readings. However I still have not been able to get them. I have had to make contact with PayPal and Google play because of their lack of (kind) customer service.
