Very bugging when scrolling through full schedule. Randomly jumps around from December 28th through Jan 3rd while showing 28-29th entries. If I lift my finger from scrolling, jumps ahead to Jan 4th. Makes no sense as they're still about 20 entries for each day. Too much security. All of the EMRs that I use (EPIC, Cerner, and Athenahealth) do not have security like this. This is a primarily scheduling program. Anytime you tab out to check email and your calendar, got to put in password again.

Splitting a shift cannot be Udine, and does not remove the original shift. If a swap is pending, you can't see it on the calendar unless you try to swap the same shift, then you get a warning. splits that go across more than one day (like a PM to AM shift) only show the date of the first time. AM/PM on a time does not show in every view. App is OK for straight shift swaps. Gets unintuitive and vague when splitting a shift with someone.

Very slow to load everything on mobile device. Quicker on desktop at work but sometimes you need to check schedule when not at work so this is incredibly frustrating 😣 Update 6/2022: lot of updates have been added. Everything loads faster these days so much less frustrating now

Update: the app got even worse. Now instead of being an actual app it just logs me into the web version. What in the actual name of almighty Leroy are you people doing? Whoever made this app should be ashamed of themselves. It crashes frequently. You can't actually switch anything without it crashing. The calendar is atrocious and sends you to the wrong days. Someone slapped this thing together with spaghetti code just enough that it would work and ran off into the sunset with their money.

The app logs out way too frequently. It should never log me out, unnecessary level of security for a scheduling app. In addition the app should allow a default home page. I like to the "schedule by task" view but it takes a lot of clicks to get there. I would like to be able to make that screen default.

This app misses basic features like changing the calendar to start on Sunday instead of Monday. It's also slightly infuriating and completely unreasonable that screenshots of one's personal schedule is not allowed. Edit: it's ridiculous, they made screenshots work then in the last couple updates stopped working again. Still can't have all text displayed in each box. In addition, every page loads like a 1990s webpage. Why? Please hire a good software engineer to fix this with the money we pay.

When I click on the schedules tab it shows a circle spinning with a white screen. It decided to work for a few days but now just shows the white screen again. To summarize, it's a scheduling app that doesn't show schedules.... Fail. Update: as of Feb 22 appears much more stable. Able to pull up schedules without the program hanging.

App cant even fit the tasks in the small box, font size is too big or something, can only see the upper half of words in the month view, doesnt have any settings to adjust anything. Very slow when loading some of the views, no default screen, month view shows like month and a half instead of just current month. App needs a lot of work. With a good software engineer this app could be 100 times better in a week.

I have to log in about every 4th or 5th time I open the app. I get needing to log in once or twice a year, but this is ridiculous. I also cannot find a way to set a default schedule view when the app opens. I want to see the entire schedule including where my colleagues are working as default and not just my individual schedule. The app is fairly slow to load and a bit sluggish when opening different schedules, but overall it does get the job done.

Can be slow to boot up. Biggest issue is the notes feature. The text input is extremely glitchy and will just randomly enter 12 of the same letter (think iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii) then totally lock up. I need to be able to enter a reason for call backs and this has been a real pain. Also, difficult to see full staff schedule, even in desktop mode. Have to use a PC for that feature.

Being forced by my employer to use this app for last several years and have nothing good to say about it. Loggs me off randomly, then would not me log back in with my password. And then after entering password several times forces me to change my password....again. BTW it tracks your location too. Use at yourvown risk. You've been warned.

too slow. has to reload data every time I switch to the app (without even closing it). often it doesn't load data at all.

Please use the schedule 360 format instead so much easier to read my schedule and see my partners. Colors made it so easy to read. Hot shifts easy to find. I miss schedule 360 😫

I can't seem to find my schedule. It shows a lot of boxes and colors on the dates without any useful information. I do not like this app. It frustrates me every time I try to use it. The desktop site is marginally better. I resent having to use it every time.

Lacks intuition but gets the job done. Swaps are more difficult than they should be.

if I could give a 3.5 I would. I worked with the qgenda team and our Healthcare team to build out the qgenda specific to our needs. The app has limitations as far as functionality compared to the desktop version. Sometimes slow and glitchy as well. They're getting there, if they continue to improve the user experience/functionality on the app it would be 5. Still, a very useful app!

Doesn't even work on my phone. The moment I open the app it says "No connection. Please check your internet connection." My internet is fine. No other apps have this problem. Restarting phone, turning off wifi/turning off data, clearing app cache, and clearing app data all do nothing. I'm currently stuck using the mobile browser version of qgenda, which, although is usable, is not good either 🙃 please fix.

Terrible app - I don't know what happened, but following an update in the past couple months when you select a day to view, the screen starts jumping around erratically and it's essentially unusable. All of my colleagues, both iPhone and Android, have the same problem. Seems like a bug you'd want to fix right away, but apparently not.

This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. If i switch to a different app, if I accidentally turn off the phone, or even if someone texts me I have to log back in. Trying to have a department group chat about scheduling nightmares during covid is MISERABLE. New messages don't come up unless you go out and back into the conversation. And god forbid I do ANYTHING else on my phone because then I have to log in again. I have never hated a software this much in my life.

Buggy I don't know updates and bug fixes you're doing. Not only have the names of people on the schedule been truncated (which wasn't the case 6 months ago) but now the app is offensively slow. This has been the case for the past 3 months at least. Nothing has changed with my phone. Please don't ask me to message you, it won't solve anything.
