I’ve been using QR scanner – Barcode reader for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you scan and read QR codes and barcodes. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you just point your camera at a QR code or barcode and it’ll instantly read it. There’s also a built-in QR code generator if you need to make your own. And the app can read all sorts of stuff – URLs, contact info, calendar events, you name it. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty useful once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you’re constantly needing to scan QR codes or barcodes, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
