Been using QR Scanner – Fast & Simple for a couple months now. It’s basically a no-frills app that lets you quickly scan QR codes, barcodes, and other stuff with your phone’s camera. Pretty solid if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you do: just point your camera at the code and it decodes it instantly. There’s also a flashlight mode which is pretty handy for scanning in the dark. And you can use it to scan all sorts of things – product info, documents, even food labels. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you’re always needing to quickly scan stuff, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI is a bit basic and the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it gets the job done and it’s free, so worth checking out.
