This app truthfully gave me the tools to quit smoking! I had tried willpower, cold turkey, vaping, switching to other habits... nothing worked permanently. I remember how helpless I felt that I couldn't just quit. Some of the exercises and activities seem boring or repetitive... but it really does work to quit nicotine all together. I went from smoking a pack or more a day, and now haven't had a single puff of nicotine for 4 months.

It teaches how to think, or rather unthink the lies smokers tell themselves that keep them trapped in an endless cycle. I still have a desire, but I have tools I never had before that get me through it with ease. You even get a coach to help you! I highly recommend to anyone struggling to quit. If it can work for me, as it did, it can for anyone.
This app really helped me to set a date, prepare, use mindfulness to quit smoking once and for all. I feel urges but no real cravings. I feel you have the tools to deal with these now. Your mind is very powerful. This app is worth a try. There is a text and a video option for subscription. They clearly state when signing up. They expect you to cancel after a month. Also having access to a personal quit coach is quite invaluable!
I'm currently almost on day 8 of no smoking, and this is the first time that I can confidently say that I won't be picking it back up. I've tried to quit using self-control and the cut down method 10 times in the past and none of them lasted more than a week. I also had terrible craving experiences from those. This go around, there was no more than a simple thought from time to time that was very easy to move through and coughing up mucus from my lungs healing. Best $10 ever spent. Thank you!
This is the best investment I have ever made. Never thought in my life that an app could save my life. If you want to become a non-smoker this will facilitate your dream coming true! 45 years, many tricks and tries, and 300,000 sticks later QuitSure has shown me the way! I can't emphasize the validity and usefulness if this app enough! The cost is nothing compared to the reward! 100 stars is not enough...be well!!!
I think this program can be very effective, it offers an acceIerated path to quit. It hit me hard and has been a real help in quitting. 2 things to know: the program is quite intensive, be sure you're ready to spend time on it before you start. The app is dependant on network connection. I understand there are limits to what can be included in the app itself, but the lack of ability to read scripts or mark accomplishments when offline makes it very difficult for rural users like myself.
I'm updating my review because I haven't seen other reviews from people where a significant amount of time had gone by. I used Quit Sure 1 year ago and successfully quit smoking, I just celebrated 1 year smoke free! It definitely works. I don't even think about smoking. I wouldn't have thought it was possible to completely remove the desire, but it does. Put in the effort, do the program correctly, and it will pay off!!!
I never thought I'd be excited to quit smoking. this app was the answer for me! it's only day 1 but I am excited! I'll update again in a week....,.............. . Editing to add, a week later still no desire to smoke! This app really helped! I wouldn't call it a miracle, and you do need an open mind. It takes a little work but made quitting almost effort less! I was a smoker for 25 years and thought I had tried everything! It's definitely worth a shot! Youvr got nothing to lose!
I've been a smoker for 35 years. While it was a bit challenging to make time to watch all the videos, it's really worked so far. I'm now 28 days smoke-free. I took 12 days to complete the module. The mindfulness smoking exercises were hard but helped me realize how unnecessary this habit really is. The facts were helpful to keep top of mind and I haven't had any unmanageable cravings. The commitment has to be there for this to work & you have to follow the program 100%!
This app really works. After smoking a pack a day for over 30 years, I am now a nonsmoker. It uses real-world scenarios and approaches nicotine like the addictive drug that it is. It simply changes your mind about smoking/nicotine. *I do wish they would find a better editor for the way the wording in the videos are. Every time I would watch one particular video, it would just throw me off. I almost had to subliminally change my thinking just for this one video.
Great system, repetition is key with this one and it does a great job of reminding you why you want to quit in the first place. Definitely has some localization and formatting issues that wouldn't have mattered as much when it was free, but now that it's a monthly 10 dollar charge, the rough edges aren't as excusable. Either way, it got me to finally quit, so no real complaints here
The hype is real. I smoked a pack a day for 20+ years with many attempts to quit. This program completely changed the way I think and feel about smoking. I completed the program 2 weeks ago, have been cigarette free, and am 1000% sure I will NEVER smoke another one again. It's cheesey, repetative, and time-consuming, BUT if you do the program, don't skip any sections (unless prompted), you will change your brain and never look back. This app was the best decision I've ever made. Thank you!
I quit! Im not craving. The app could use some editing, but the idea works. For those wondering...this is not a tracking app. It works through changing the way you think about smoking and practicing a more mindful smoking. It takes 6 days to completely quit. I have been smoke free for two months now and wanted to update my review since i heard they are charging now. Some of the videos are a little cheesy, but if you can suspend judgement and just do the exercises, I swear on my life it works!
Easiest quit ever. I did have some withdrawal symptoms and have been using NRT to mitigate that, which the app says not to do, but it is 100% true that my cravings for actual cigarettes are gone, and I don't foresee myself ever smoking again. I truly feel like a non-smoker for the first time in nearly 10 years. There were some typos in the app, and some of the phrasing in the videos was pretty obnoxious. But no ads, and it was easy to follow. Would recommend!
I have smoked a minimum of a pack a day for 25 years and failed at quitting attempts multiple times. Using the information based on FACTS and EXPERIENCES that is contained in this easy to follow 6 day program, I have been smoke free for 2 weeks. The urge to smoke and cravings are gone! I feel so much better physically and mentally. I allowed smoking to control my life far too long. Take the leap and trust in this app, it's worth the small $investment and time investment.
Absolutely amazing app!!! I truly can't believe it. It's been just shy of 3 days since I became a non-smoker and I cannot get over how easy it has been. I have had ZERO cravings, just a slight urge here and there which is handled by the app. It's so simple too, just follow the steps, do the exercises and commit to yourself! Along with my dedication and commitment to quit, this app made it possible! So thankful I came across this app, wanted to quit but didn't know how. I finished the app in a little under 2 weeks, believed in myself and the program, and I have now been smoke-free for 3 days and going strong! The cravings/urges are minimal thanks to the various methods the app uses to reset your subconscious view of cigarettes! This is great for so many reasons! I've recommended this app to everyone!
I went through program twice. Paid full price both times. Still a fair and reasonable total price when I consider what I'm getting for my $. I'm smoke-free. I'm confident i will remain so. For me, it took two full runs. Idk what it will take for (you). I will say that the reminders to watch the video after the final day are annoying. Again, for me (idk about you) i hate notifications on my phone...and the first couple of days they only served to remind me i wasn't smoking. Which was annoying.

I followed the program and all the exercises (it's key), and finished the program 6 days ago. I have been a non smoker for 6 days now. This app attempts to re-wire how you look at and think about your smoking habit. while this approach will work to keep you motivated to quit, it seems to lack something around changing your habits as you keep smoking like usual until the last day. changing how your brain triggers your need for a cigarette takes more than just watching a video that tells you you are a non smoker, you have to break that habit by not doing it and watch a video to re-wire what took years to create. Just my thought.
