It has a lot to it. The customer service is great, no complaints. They have actually been the most responsive team that I've ever come across. The only issue is opening it and it just shuts down. It's a big time saver but inconvenient at times. I'v never had an issue with the customer service. That's been top-notch. From the other reviews, it seems the issues are primarily android based. They're responsiveness and drive to fix any issues earns them 5 Stars.

This app really makes life easy. 1. It makes sending estimates really easy, as well as invoices so you can be paid quicker, and make it easy on the costumer. 2. Being able to schedule work times really drives up effeciency, making you more money. 3. Being able to price your services by square foot in the app saves time wasting calculations 4. Having all your finances in one place makes life so much easier. I'd reccomend this app to any new and upstarting businesses, as well as old ones. 5/5
I absolutely love this app. Before using this I was wasting a lot of gas just driving around doing quotes for people. This eliminates that because you can do instant quotes. And they have every single service that you're going to be doing in a list for you ready to g. I also like that you can take payments send invoices through the app as well.
Claims to be free to use on the basic level, but it won't let me use the app at all. Message covers the screen say "you have the free version" with a description of what all I can do, and a button at the bottom that says "get access now". It won't let me do anything besides pay for a subscription. Seems a little scammy to me.
I've been using the app for a little over a month and in my opinion, is an essential part of my business. The app is easy to use and I love how professional the estimates and invoices look, especially when you attach photos. You can upload receipts, along with pictures which will be a huge benefit come tax time. It also integrates with quick books! I am so happy with how the app works, I'd give it more than five stars if I could! In a nutshell, the app is AWESOME! Highly recommended!
I had some issues trying to schedule a call I just gave up on That. I started noticing that I had multiple quotes for the same client. Then they started having issues excepting The Quote. I receive the message This week that My subscription would be canceled if I did not start using the app I've been using it from the beginning. I actually think I'm being charged for a monthly and annually subscription. like the app Don't want to be overcharged or canceled Just want issues fixed.
QuoteIQ is a great software to get started with for quoting/invoicing purposes. It is very user-friendly and is particularly helpful to those with exterior cleaning business, as it is geared towards pressure washing, soft washing, and etc. There are definitely some bugs and code errors that surface from time to time, but these are both reported quickly and resolved quickly. I look forward to it running as smooth as butter! Would recommend to others.
I added my services and did a few test quotes at the start and it seemed capable enough. Then, I went to use it for the first time to quote a real customer. There was a glitch in the pdf of the invoice. I reached out to the app developer on a Friday evening and I wasn't expecting to get a response back until the following week. I received a response in minutes and they had fixed the issue by Saturday. I'm impressed, sign me up!
First of all this app saves me so much time,the new updates they do are impactful. I've used it for pressure washing, I've used it for even doing concrete estimating. The ability to send invoices directly and charge from the app is a win win! I like how it incorporates the ability to keep your customers like a CRM program and it helps me check up on those customers that called, I can call back pretty fast make a note on their file. I also like how everyone can access it from my Crew. App is #1
I'm just starting out and down loaded the app. The app comes in 3 tiers. The first is free, the 2nd tier subscription is $29.99 and for a very reasonable $49.99 subscription get access to the full app. Tools include a CRM tracker; a chemical mix calculator with a handy ratio chart for different types of surfaces; a measuring tool to get accurate linear/sq footage; and my favorite, a pre inspection checklist that can be tailored to your business. Includes links to trainings and resources.
Last time, I started a business, keeping track of my expenses, customers, payments, upcoming jobs, and scheduling was a pain, and it was spread over 4 different apps. Everything I need is in one place now, and the value you get with the affordable subscription upgrades is immeasurable compared to the time you save.
Questionable at best. Loses customers information. Can't call from app only edit phone numbers. When you open customer tab you can't see any of them and therefore can't scroll through them. If you backspace during a search you can't find any customers. You have to back out and go into customer tab again. Reminded too many times that I have the free version. Why would I pay for something that doesn't work right? Good concept, but fails at some basic things.
I am just setting up the free version and getting ready to launch a brand new service in my area. The free version is perfect for start ups, however I anticipate going to the next level very soon. Another local service - mentoring me - was checking out my setup on here and is very impressed over the product they are currently using. I can see them switching to QuoteIQ very soon!! Simple and easy to navigate!
I'm really digging the features on here. At first I couldn't create an account and I couldn't understand why it wasn't showing me "CLICK HEAR" to create new account. Went into my display settings and noticed my font size was to big. Once I turned down the font size, BOOM! I could see everything on the login screen. Mike, my man. My apologies for the emails about not being able to login. I owe you a big apology. I'm sorry. And the app is fantastic and y'all did a tremendous job on it. Congrats
I gave QuoteIQ a chance. Great app for the beginner business owner. The price point is there. Very reasonable for what you get however $45/month only gets you so much. There are items that are missing and that's why I chose to stay with my current CRM. These items are (but not limited too), API integration, Online booking, integrated chat bubbles for websites, GMB scheduling, Reviews, gps tracking, route optimization etc... But as I said before... This comes at a price. Great App for the price.
The free version is pretty solid, if you go up even one step it really starts to get good. You get national averages to help you start on point with your pricing, and don't even get me started on the measuring tool! I can do everything on my phone, quotes out in the field have never been easier. The only thing it needs is a desktop app, and a way to accept tips and it will be 👌
So I have a pressure washing company needed a product to pop out some easy estimates and invoices. It had a good start but we were experiencing some errors and ended up using this solely for our estimate numbers and I did quotes on my quickbooks. Perhaps by now they have worked out the bugs but I have not recently been using it. Solid idea and product. Give it a shot.
The app started crashing last week at login screen. I was told the developer may not be available to fix the problem over the weekend (crashing began last Saturday). MikeV called me and told me they would work on the issue, but did not give a time when they could fix the bug. Play store shows an update on 8/27/2025. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. I've cleared cache multiple times and restarted my phone with no avail. The app will not stay open long enough to even type in my username.
I have been using quoteiq for a year and a half now and I can't express enough how easy/User friendly it is to use. I have tried a couple other crm's and though they also had a lot of features they were hard to navigate and had a poor layout. I get tons of compliments from customers on how professional my quotes look and how easy it is to make payments. Also the cost of quoteiq is second to none, by far most affordable. I highly recommend!!
