It has a lot to it. The customer service is great, no complaints. They have actually been the most responsive team that I've ever come across. The only issue is opening it and it just shuts down. It's a big time saver but inconvenient at times. I'v never had an issue with the customer service. That's been top-notch. From the other reviews, it seems the issues are primarily android based. They're responsiveness and drive to fix any issues earns them 5 Stars.

The map feature for remote quoting is a game changer! This app is as good as advertised. Everything you need in a CRM right there at your fingertips. The 28 point inspection is detailed and will cya on almost any job. Highly recommend the app and going the little extra for the memberships. It is worth the download for the free membership as well!

This app really makes life easy. 1. It makes sending estimates really easy, as well as invoices so you can be paid quicker, and make it easy on the costumer. 2. Being able to schedule work times really drives up effeciency, making you more money. 3. Being able to price your services by square foot in the app saves time wasting calculations 4. Having all your finances in one place makes life so much easier. I'd reccomend this app to any new and upstarting businesses, as well as old ones. 5/5

I absolutely love this app. Before using this I was wasting a lot of gas just driving around doing quotes for people. This eliminates that because you can do instant quotes. And they have every single service that you're going to be doing in a list for you ready to g. I also like that you can take payments send invoices through the app as well.

Claims to be free to use on the basic level, but it won't let me use the app at all. Message covers the screen say "you have the free version" with a description of what all I can do, and a button at the bottom that says "get access now". It won't let me do anything besides pay for a subscription. Seems a little scammy to me.

I've been using the app for a little over a month and in my opinion, is an essential part of my business. The app is easy to use and I love how professional the estimates and invoices look, especially when you attach photos. You can upload receipts, along with pictures which will be a huge benefit come tax time. It also integrates with quick books! I am so happy with how the app works, I'd give it more than five stars if I could! In a nutshell, the app is AWESOME! Highly recommended!

I had some issues trying to schedule a call I just gave up on That. I started noticing that I had multiple quotes for the same client. Then they started having issues excepting The Quote. I receive the message This week that My subscription would be canceled if I did not start using the app I've been using it from the beginning. I actually think I'm being charged for a monthly and annually subscription. like the app Don't want to be overcharged or canceled Just want issues fixed.

QuoteIQ is a great software to get started with for quoting/invoicing purposes. It is very user-friendly and is particularly helpful to those with exterior cleaning business, as it is geared towards pressure washing, soft washing, and etc. There are definitely some bugs and code errors that surface from time to time, but these are both reported quickly and resolved quickly. I look forward to it running as smooth as butter! Would recommend to others.

I added my services and did a few test quotes at the start and it seemed capable enough. Then, I went to use it for the first time to quote a real customer. There was a glitch in the pdf of the invoice. I reached out to the app developer on a Friday evening and I wasn't expecting to get a response back until the following week. I received a response in minutes and they had fixed the issue by Saturday. I'm impressed, sign me up!

First of all this app saves me so much time,the new updates they do are impactful. I've used it for pressure washing, I've used it for even doing concrete estimating. The ability to send invoices directly and charge from the app is a win win! I like how it incorporates the ability to keep your customers like a CRM program and it helps me check up on those customers that called, I can call back pretty fast make a note on their file. I also like how everyone can access it from my Crew. App is #1
