It never send me a text with a OTP code after I enter my phone number to login.

doesn't send code to allow you into app. just gave them my phone number. I'm an idiot this app is nothing but a scam!

Installed app, set it up. Things went fine. Then, the next time, I went to use it. I couldn't get into it. Contacted customer service, no response yet from them.

IF U CAN'T GET THE OTP CODE, READ THIS ❗ RaceWay's OTP txts are being blocked as suspected SPAM. (1) Open the Google messages app (2) Click ur profile pic or initial on the right above ur message threads (3) In the menu that opens, select "Spam & Blocked," [the 3rd option in the list, just below Archived.] (4) Make sure u tap the "Not Spam" option so you won't have an issue getting codes later on. (5) Fill profile for the extra 25¢ discounts (6) Love one another & pay a kindness forward TODAY ❤️

Sub par at best!! No real rewards compared to other gas station reward options. Most u can get is 10 cents off. Not a lot of product discounts either. As much as we use the gas station based on location its almost worth using others because of better rewards program and discount.

I scanned the QR Code at the pump this morning and entered my phone number to sign up, and the message came back that something went wrong - try again later. It's roughly 10 hours later, and I'm getting the same issue. I uninstalled it, and I'm getting the same issue. I'm not a happy camper! Maybe you're having a server issue. I'll try again tomorrow, and then I'll uninstall.

Downloaded and was able to get into the app 1 time. was given the one-time code, and then it wouldn't verify age. From that point on, the app has crashed. I have contacted customer support multiple times over a 3 week span, and not even once have I gotten a reply of any kind. So I do believe my business is bout to shift away from raceway all together. That's just bad business.
