I’ve been using Radarbot Speed Camera Detector for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that gives you real-time alerts about speed traps, red light cameras, and other law enforcement monitoring up ahead. Pretty solid if you’re into apps that help you avoid speeding tickets.
Here’s what you can do – it’s got fixed radar detection, alerts for speed trap hotspots, and even shows your average speed through tunnels with camera traps. There’s also a traffic alert feature that’s kind of useful. Took me a while to figure that one out but it’s handy to know about delays and congestion.
Look, if you do a lot of driving and want to avoid those pesky fines, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the alerts can be a bit spotty sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on Radarbot. I've tested a bunch of radar/speed trap detector apps and this one's pretty solid. It's got all the core features you'd expect - fixed camera alerts, average speed monitoring, etc. And the alerts are generally accurate and it's helped me avoid a few tickets. Not gonna lie though, the app can be a little glitchy at times and the traffic info isn't always up to date. But for a free app, it's a pretty good option if staying out of trouble with the law is your priority.
