I’ve been using RadarScope for a couple months now. It’s basically a weather visualization tool that lets you see real-time radar data and severe weather info. Pretty solid app if you’re into tracking storms and stuff.
Here’s what you can do: you can view radar scans from the National Weather Service, check out wind speeds, see where hail or tornadoes are happening. There’s also a feature to get alerts when severe weather is in your area – that’s pretty cool. And you can even track hurricanes, which is useful if you live on the coast.
Look, if you’re a weather nerd or a storm chaser, you’ll probably love this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit confusing at first and the subscription packages are kind of expensive. But overall it does a great job of showing you what the radar sees in real-time. Worth checking out if you’re into that kind of thing.
