Been using Randonautica for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that generates random coordinates for you to travel to. Kinda like geocaching, but with a twist – the app tries to guide you towards these random spots based on something called quantum entropy. Pretty cool if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you open the app, it scans your surroundings and spits out some coordinates. Then you head on over to that location and see what you find. And there’s also a community aspect where you can share your experiences. And the app keeps track of all your past Randonaut adventures – took me a while to figure that out but it’s a neat feature.
Look, if you’re into exploring new places and seeing what the universe has in store, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can be a bit buggy at times and the random locations aren’t always that interesting. But overall it does the job and makes for some fun, unexpected adventures. Worth checking out if you’re bored and want to get out of the house.
