really don't know how my friend has to verify me on the onboarding process. just trying to get a second job and it feels like going into a Randstad office is better than doing the app... so update.... it's been 2 weeks since I've verified myself and Randstad still has not verified me when they told me it would take 5 business days. they email me a number to call and all day I've been calling and the wait time is about 40 mins. I give them my callback number and I've done this 5 times and no call

App only lets you apply for one job and that's it. The lists of jobs disappeared after applying for one job.

I have worked for Randstad for a long time now andI find it unacceptable the second you click on a job that you're interested in or a recruiter from Randstad put you into a pending mode it removes all available jobs from the job list, so if that recruiter / client company keeps you in pending mode for a month or weeks on end you are unable to see the available jobs list. you should have full access to the available jobs list until your assignment as an official start date.

it sucks you can only put in one application at a time and they won't even let you know if the job is already been touching or not so you're sitting there waiting to hear from them and the whole time the job has been taken and you wasted all this time for one job because they won't let you put in any more applications until you get the job or you reject the job I think that's wrong you should be able to put in for as many applications as you want really what they need to do is shut this down

i live in a very big city. I've been checking this app for over a month now, and I've only seen 2 jobs, both were over 60 miles away. after having taken 2 weeks AND a phone call to verify my I9 documents, I have had no benefit to giving out literally all of my personal information (bank included, though I've never been paid) like I'm surprised they didn't also ask for a family tree

Last experience I was just dragged along with no contact ever, after being told I would be contacted . I was set for the job, I was told I'd be contacted just to find out it was filled after several times of me calling the agent and she finally answered. The agent never used the app nor number to contact me. The app Stated I passed everything I just needed to go in for a DT but never could as I was never contacted. To be lead on after having trouble finding work was a let down.

My favorite part about this app is when I say im interested in a job and it appears in my pending for like a minute and then I close the app and open it again and its gone. Also more than half the time jobs to appear at all when you have a job in your pending. Most of the jobs are from the same company and for the same shift and if you cant do that shift well then there is no jobs. Pretty sure all the '5 star reviews' are fake so dont trust those

I already left another 1 star review on another account for this app. And after dealing with an incredibly rude employee, who refused to listen because he "knows everything I'm doing wrong" If I'm talked down to by your lovely staff, why would I work for u??? I have plenty of Google accounts to leave more reviews, and I will leave them on both businesses, in this state WOW, that man was RUDE And yes "unable to verify your profile" is what the app says.

so far I can't seem to get the email verification to work I email a family or a friend and they're supposed to receive an email with a pin number which will complete my onboarding so far but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work I've tried on three different occasions with three different people and never they never received the PIN number so I never got to complete my onboarding

It's not the greatest performing app out there, that's for sure. It's kinda a nightmare to set up at first but once you do get all set up it's seems good enough to find a job for you in range of your choosing. Then after that is all said and done is when you begin to see all the cracks in the app itself. it never works right.. Messaging on it seems to always be one way as in only time you hear back from Ranstad employee is if they were who started the message.You ask something first dead nothing
