Tried to renew, and even though my subscription has expired, the app won’t let me renew because I “already have a premium account”. I contacted Rapidgator for support and their response was to tell me to purchase through a reseller (around a 20% markup). That’s tech support that gives new definition to the term “useless”.

Trash, fully trash app. I paid for 1 month subscription know it would not activate and just as i imagined the subscription did not get activated even after 2days. Horrible service. You don’t deserve even one star

Used to do it’s job. But did not autorenew the Subscription last time. So I bought 2 times 1TB. Got charged for two, but activated just one TB. Now it doesn’t show any tarifs at all
