Nitroflare filehost is way cheaper and popular. Your prices are not advertised correctly from the website. The prices on the app is more expensive than advertised. Deceptive advertising and scam. And yes, if you are from the US, you have to pay tariffs (sales tax), that is another lie within the app which says no tarriffs.
They make you think that they have a good app where you can download tons of audiobooks but all the audiobook links don't work and then the representative does not give you the money back even though you don't use the product. They steal your money and then blame you for using the service and then now they respond and say they're going to take down my review lol
PROs: It is very convenient to subscribe & manage from my mobile device. It is also nice to have the security of payment via my Google Play account. CONs: The Google Play subscription is on a monthly cycle. So, if you subscribe for 3 months beginning on January 1, your subscription renews April 1. However, the Rapidgator subscription is for literal days. Therefore, your 3-month Google Play subscription will not renew before your 90-day Rapidgator subscription expires. This is the only drawback I can find, but it's significant. I don't know how difficult it would be for Rapidgator to accommodate it's Google Play subscription customers, but I'm sure this is a common issue. If they could rectify this, I'd give it 5 stars. Customer Service: When I contact Rapidgator customer service via the support link on their site, a response is almost always within 24 hours. They have always been kind and understanding, even when the "issue" is related to my own lack of understanding.
Tried to renew, and even though my subscription has expired, the app won't let me renew because I "already have a premium account". I contacted Rapidgator for support and their response was to tell me to purchase through a reseller (around a 20% markup). That's tech support that gives new definition to the term "useless".
Every time subscription is supposed to get auto-renewed, there is a dead day. RG goes off premium, but they renew the subscription one day later only. So on auto-renew, you still get service interruption. I have complained about this before, but they don't seem to care to fix this. There should be NO service interruption on auto-renew!!
Useless App... Installed the app and it failed at the first step... Login with email or google... Well I don't have an account so need to create one but that is not an option.? Tried the forgot password link to see if I can get a register page but it sends me to a stupid capture with images. Expects me to know what a mailbox looks like for a different country? Not a single 5ft tall bright red mailbox in the images to choose from.
Absolutely terrible I do not recommend it at all, paid the $15.99 for a mo premium and literally couldn't download any files whatsoever, all because they said my login password was incorrect (which it wasn't password was the same) and u think it'd be easy to get a new password, but every new password rapidgator sends me will not work, still says incorrect password and I cannot make them understand this, total waste of $$
Its good but I wish you make it more straightforward. Many have said downloaded files werent there, in fact the files showed up right away in the folder but they are still in the downloading stage. I can see from my phones pull down top menu the downloading progress, but I wish you could let me see the progress in the app itself.
Terrible experience. I tried to buy premium on the website and it just says payment declined for every card type... So downloaded this app just to pay using Google Pay and even though the prices are in dollars it has charged me in British pounds. So 25% more expensive. Will not renew again. Customer for years but not anymore.
Read carefully the review from the other users. This app doesn't work 😡. Waste of money. After paying for full month I was not able to download even one file. It will always get stuck in the middle. Their support will tell you they have no responsibility for third party content, although their app doesn't work with multiple content providers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
